The bed is comfy and the room is spacious. I went to the bar and ordered good cocktails after the sun went down.

All in all, this is not a pleasant visit. When we arrived at the hotel at 15.30, we had to wait for nearly an hour for the room. We had to try and enter the room several times because the key card was broken. The room was somewhat dated and worn out, but it was clean. The elevator was slow and took forever to get there. Every time, we had to wait more than 15 minutes, and when it arrived, it was packed with guests from the higher floors, so we decided to step down the stairs from floor. Because there was no one at the front desk to check and welcome guests, the breakfast buffet was quite a mess. Most of the tables were left unclean, and each staff member seemed busy with something we didn't comprehend. We must find tables on our own and ask the staff to clean the tables. But, the food menu is fairly diverse.

We waited for more than 15 minutes each time, and when it did, it was packed with guests from the upper floors, so we chose to walk down the steps from the upper floor. The buffet breakfast was quite a mess, most tables were left filthy, and every staff member seemed occupied with something we didn't understand since no one at the front desk was present to inspect and greet the guests. We have to find tables on our own and ask the staff to clean them. Breakfast options are nevertheless quite good. This is not a pleasant visit for me overall. The beautiful sea views from my room are the only positive aspect I've come across during this visit.

This place is not recommended. We arrived for Thailand's new year's Eve, and of course, as we had anticipated, the hotel was full of both new and returning visitors. The service was swift and we checked in without a hitch. Fortunately not many are near by. The motel's elevators and elevators are its main drawback. There are 3 elevators per 24 floors. To get a space on the elevator to go either way, it would always take around 20 minutes. Since there are no elevators available, avoid ordering room service because it may be chilly by the time it arrives. The accommodations were spotless and had everything you required without any issues. Great ocean and sunrise views. A real balcony, but it's too hot in the morning to do so. Lots of activities for both children and adults. The pool had nice green spaces and a beachfront setting. The usual few items nowthat and the thai were the primary themes at breakfast. I was a little disappointed. The hotel in general requires an update, a painting job, maintenance, and adequate staff. The food was excellent, and the personnel was amiable and accommodating. I'm not quite sure if I'd return.
