I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to guests. This place has beautiful surroundings, with two distinct pools. The breakfast was great and the chef could personalize your meal. Overall, it was a great experience and we would be back.

Although arriving a little late, the hotel personnel was quite helpful with recommendations and transfers. For two people, the room was well-equipped and quite pleasant. The walls appear a little thin. Breakfast was simple but delectable, especially the pineapple preserve. Ask for a poolside room.

We arrive at the most lovely airport I have ever been in. Sukhothai Airport is a boutique airport. Its runways are lined with hedges of blooming bougainvillea and flowerbeds between. Ive never seen anything like this. We are staying at Sukhothai Heritage Resort. My friend, who is very selective, recommended this hotel. I usually choose a hotel in the heart of town. This one is near to the airport. Did I make the right decision? Yes, I did our rooms were the largest of all the hotels weve stayed in. Our balcony overlooks the gardens and one of the pools. It is a motel that offers a variety of tour groups. We almost have the hotel to ourselves. Very tranquil and excellent service. The meals were very delicious. The manager helped arrange our tour of the historical park. Our choices are we can rent a bike and ride into town or around the park. He arranges a driver for us. That was our choice. When we return to the motel, we can see the manager. We collapsed and cried into the chairs. When we explained how happy we were with our driver we saw more than we anticipated. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The next morning the hotel made arrangements for us to get a lovely Thai massage. We had an additional hour the following morning.

Great hotel. Excellent location, excellent service, and delicious food. The rooms are roomy and well-maintained. I enjoyed the traditional Thai design of the rooms and hotel. Rided bikes from the hotel down to the historic area. Sukhothai noodles are a must-eat when in Sukhothai, the city is famous for it's tasty soup!.

With the intention of visiting the Sukhothai area's historical parks, we decided to stay at this property. The rps were at the entrance of what appeared to be a private area, so the property was difficult to find. Before passing another hotel, we entered a gate that was quickly opened by security. Our room, which was on the first floor and had a beautiful view of the entrance area and pool. The hotel's serene ambiance and locale-style appealed to me. Although not particularly tidy, our room had a beautiful balcony. Although not particularly clean, I understand that there are numerous birds, I believe that the cleaning crew could use a little more serious exercise to maintain the outside space tidy. The mattress was cozy, and the internet connection was decent, but not very fast. The water pressure was satisfactory, and the temperature was constant. Although the menu is not very comprehensive, the hotel restaurant's restaurant twice served dinner, which was quite tasty. The same holds for the outside breakfast buffet. Be aware that the historical parks are 45 to 1 hour away when making your reservation for this hotel. This is a significant requirement because a car is essential.
