This place is a great place to stay in the heart of the historic district, within walking distance to everything, including the shore. The rooms are amazingly stylish, and the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

During my recent stay in turkey, i switched between hotels. However, the best was ajwa Sultanahmet. Excellent service and wellcurated. They considered the little things in life.

What a wonderful time to stay at jwa. The Grand bazar, the Hagia Sophia, and the blue mosque are all within walking distance of this convenient location. Their kindness and attention to detail are excellent. We adored the hotels fusion of contemporary and traditional aesthetics. All the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Book now, not think twice!.

We stayed at the ajwa for 4 nights while traveling to turkey. The breakfast is not bad - it was limited, but this may have been because our visit was during the off season in November 2023. Hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. Room service isnt the best! The top up bar wasnt always topped, and milk from the previous night wasn't taken away, no topup on tea!. There were no milk pods to make tea, which wasne good, so we had to keep telling staff to top it. Location was good there was paved with uphill walking to places, 5 minutes walk from bazaar, shops and blue mosques. Facilities are good i can access the spa at different times for men and women. No alcohol served at hotel. I would come back to this hotel if ive ever returned to Istanbul.

My recent stay at a renowned fivestar hotel was largely sour. While the hotel offered impressive amenities and delightful welcome drinks and snacks, several aspects left much to be desired. Despite my preference for alternative transportation options, the concierge consistently promoted taxi services, and their misinformation about the metros weekend congestion was disappointing. When i arrived, there was no free pickup service, so the wait for transportation was significantly longer than what was promised. Additionally, while the complimentary spa and sauna were initially appealing, their segregated gender policy and subsequent costly mixedgender access were unexpected and disappointing in order to accommodate everyones needs. Furthermore, it was difficult for the air conditioning in the room to maintain optimum temperature, which detracts from an otherwise enjoyable stay. The hotels attentive service was commendable despite these drawbacks, adding some shine to an already subpar experience.

Omer, the concierge, made sure we were informed and directed in the right direction, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We are eagerly looking forward to returning in due time. Excellent hotel. The hotels customer service is excellent in every aspect. Marbles and old wood are used to decorate the room, which is tastefully furnished and decorated in an opulent ottoman manner. In terms of both variety and quality, breakfast is exceptional. Topnotch spa facilities are available. All major attractions in sultanahmet can be reached on foot from this ideal location. One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in, and highly recommended. Many thanks to the staff at ajwa.

The hotel is conveniently located for the touristy activities in Istanbul. Many tours begin within 15 minutes walking distance. However, the area is very tourist and hilly. The hotels itself is top class. But, sex is segregated by time in the spa area. Thats something to be aware of. Also, it is extremely difficult to climb into and out of the bathtubs. They are abnormally tall and i was afraid of slipping every time ive used the shower. It didnt help that our room had a dingy bathtub that was detached from the wall.

I highly recommend staying here because it is close to all the tourist attractions. This hotel elevates hospitality to a whole new level. The staff, the food, and the architecture of the room made you feel like you were in the ottoman empire.

My son and i stayed at ajwa for three nights, and it was the best experience weve ever had. Omer and Emin, the staff, have been kind and take good care of us both. Beautiful decor and wellmaintained staff and the greatest service we have ever experienced. We appreciate kmar making our stay so comfortable and will stay at the jawa in cappadocia! Keep up the fantastic work, guys!.

The staff went above and beyond to attend to all of our needs and demands from the moment we arrived. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival while we waited for our checkin to be completed, despite requesting rescheduling our stay four hours early. After that, we were allowed to settle in and given an overview of the room. The room was simply stunning. Quiet, cozy, and immaculately clean. There were plenty of fresh towels and linens in the bathroom, which was filled with complimentary molton brown products. Staff members courteous and attentive throughout our entire stay kept the rooms serviced on yearly by polite and considerate personnel. Every time we returned, there were new towels, refillable refreshments, or little chocolate truffle boxes. Sulton vaton deserves special recognition. A variety of options were available at the breakfast buffet, but it appeared to have daily specials. With dazzling sea views, the maitre d's was cheerful. When we checked out, she gave us vases as if it had been incredibly enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended by me.

Everything is within walking distance, and its conveniently located in the center of old city. The staff, from the receptionists to the bellboys, to those who organized some truly amazing river trips, provided exceptional service. I heartily endorse this hotel to anyone visiting turkey because the breakfast room offers breathtaking views. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, but the staffs service was what truly enhanced our experience. They were anticipating our needs and assisted with everything from booking tour guide reservations to airport transportation. Every interaction, from housekeeping to concierge, was marked by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go above and beyond. In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel itself provided everything we needed for reassurance and enjoyment. We also enjoyed idly breakfast every morning and they have tamped out onsite spa. Numerous landmarks could be reached on foot from the location, which was convenient. Although we only stayed here for two nights, my family and me wished we could have been longer! Will undoubtedly try to stay here again when we return to stanbul. Many thanks for your wonderful hospitality!.

My family and i recently returned from a fivenight stay at this hotel. We had an incredible experience. The entire staff is welcoming, and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Our room service was particularly enjoyable, as the cuisine is excellent. Beautiful rooms are available. With several major attractions within walking distance, the location is ideal. Anyone visiting turkey should definitely check out this motel, in my opinion!.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the old district. The rooms are spotless, and the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the day. A delightful bonus are the little treats at arrival and each evening. One thing to keep in mind is that i was unaware that the spa and sauna are only for women in their evenings and for men only in mornings. It is crucial to respect the turkish customs because it is not accessible to me.

The hotel is excellent. There are plenty of preparation supplies available, hand cream, and lip balm. The amenities are excellent as well. Excellent service is provided by the hotel. I was quite happy and wanted to continue to stay. Its unfortunate that there arent any rooms with double beds. If there is, i would still like this hotel if ive been here.

The rooms were well designed and very clean. The service was attentive. After, the room was welldesigned and spotless. Subsequently, it is within walking distance to sultanahmet square, but they provide a shuttle to the top of the hill if you need it, which was very helpful at times. Thereafter, this hotel is classy in idly location.
