Everything was inconsistent and acceptable. The value for money is acceptable. The staff and management were very nice. The spa center is wonderful, and the turkish bath and massage are amazing. Make sure you try it. Very reasonable price for spa and bath.

Tempatnya bagus untuk tidur dan jalan-jalan, kamar bersih Anda dapat mendengar suara jalan yang bising, hotel ini terletak di jalan. Ini adalah hotel yang hanya untuk tidur, Anda tidak membutuhkan apa pun dan hotel ini luar biasa. Sangat dekat dengan Alun-alun dan Jalan Istikhal.

The bed and towels are clean, the water pressure is good, there is coffee and tea in the room and toiletries in the bathroom, the elevator is working, the location is good, a few minutes walk from taksim square. Housekeeping is the most helpful person in the hotel but needs good tips. Housekeeping person mustafa was very helpful and friendly and he got us most of what we needed and kept the room as clean as possible. The bathroom is old and moldy. The bathroom is old and not maintained. The bathtub and shower are not draining properly and not looking clean. The mini bar is barely working, very old and worn. The tv was missing the remote even though we called the front desk for help but they didnt care. The chairs in the room are broken. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant are not friendly. The breakfast buffet is basic, i didnt enjoy the coffee, the limited selection of cold cuts and spreads, and the cereal was stale. The lighting in the hotel is very dim and dark, also in the hallways the sensors are not working all the time so it is very dark. The air conditioner is old and loud and didnt do a good job cooling the room. Overall, this is not a 4 star hotel everything is old and not well maintained. Broken items remain in the room and no regular maintenance or deep cleaning is done.

Overall, i would recommend this place. Its in a prime position, right on the edge of taqsim square, within walking distance of istiklal street. Its a good buffet breakfast with a rich menu that starts early in the morning. There is a taxi and bus stand nearby that connects to airports and other prominent locations. The price is a bit high, 210 euros in november 2021. The staff and rooms are good. Room service is a bit problematic because there is no english speaking staff.

Untuk meningkatkan segalanya. Kamar dalam kondisi buruk dan sangat kotor. Sarapan tidak disesuaikan untuk pengunjung: jus Tetrabrick, hanya satu pilihan susu dan beberapa pilihan internasional. Staf: semuanya ramah dan membantu. Bahasa Inggris sangat buruk tetapi diperlakukan dengan baik. Bar dan portir menonjol karena kebaikan dan kemauan mereka untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik dan membuat tamu merasa nyaman. Penerimaan dan F&B: Null. Mereka tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris, mereka tidak membantu. Cukup bermusuhan dengan semua pelanggan, terutama orang-orang di resepsi. Lingkungan dekat ICC tetapi tidak aman.
