Odada halılar o kadar kirliydiki. Suit demeye gerçekten şahit lazım. Hijyenden çok uzak bir otel tekrar gelsem asla tercih etmem.

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlüydü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Özellikle Deniz Hanım ve Zeynoş Hanım’a ilgileri ve samimiyetleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kendimizi çok rahat ve değerli hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu!

I went there with my family for 7 days last August, thank you for the excellent service, friendly staff, comfortable room, and Bed was very good, so for the first time in my life, my wife and I could sleep easily from the first night in a hotel room. I heartily suggest this hotel to everyone.

It was a fantastic place to stay, I still can’t believe it, how beautiful the building was! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I am very grateful for them. My room was also wonderful and very comportable, however one plugin just didn’t have electricity and the only other was the tv plugin and the wifi didn't really work inside my room. I don’t know if I got the chance, but I would like to come back there, exactly to the Kervansaray

Odası temizdi ancak 3 kişilik odası çok dardı. Yatakları çok konforlu değil standart. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ihtiyaçlarınız konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. 1. Cadde çıkmak için biraz yokuş çıkmak gerek. Ancak otel tarihi içinde yaşatıyor. Terasının manzarası güzel.

Very beautiful hotel in a beautiful city, good personnel too. The food is delicious, the breakfast is plentiful, and the location is also good. Overall it was a memorable experience. I would probably choose this place again the next time I visit this charming city martin.

This is not an average breakfast, as in Turkish hotels. This place has a fantastic position, but the service here was subpar. This place has a reception that doesn't speak English. In this place, the receptionist was rude and didn't speak good English. I booked 9 nights for 3 guests. The staff was informed about the issue and were asked to keep my room, but that didn't happen. It's a disaster, and we are not in charge of this place. The shower tap is also broken, and the water stream is thin and kind of blocked. The internet in the room is also not working so we are not given a room. The shower has no curtains, so the floor of the restroom is completely covered in water. Breakfast is not included but only tea or coffee. However, one staff member helped bring me a cup of coffee thanks to him.
