We just left Hotel Sahin couple days ago. Kan was very sweet and very accommodated, he would stayed late to wait for you if you are coming for a late check in. He also gave us helpful information about other places if you want to discover the city of Denizli. There are free parking on the side of the hotel and the hotel is walking distance to the entrance of Pamukkale, literally the hotel is located at the front Main Street, it is super convenient, if you are having breakfast up stairs you would get the great view of Pamukkale.

Hôtel super bien situé, c'est sympa d'avoir un balcon pour admirer les ballons au lever du soleil. Les chambres et salle de bain ne sont pas très grandes, mais confortables. Le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. Hôtel à recommander !

If you’re going to stay in Pamukkale, this is the place. It has the best view, the best people running the place, and is perfectly located – Yeah, the morning balloons go right over you. Perfect for photo if you’re not in it. I was traveling solo, so took their smallest room. I stayed for 3 nights and it worked perfectly well. It very clean, the bed is nice, shower works well, there is a small refrigerator. I nice breakfast is served right in front of the travertines. The people running this place couldn’t have been nicer. When I was doing computer work in the courtyard, they brought me tea. When I wanted a Hamman, they scheduled it for me which included a ride to and from.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and accommodating! Everything was always clean and replenished! The hotel has stunning views from the rooms and the breakfast terrace! Ali attended to all our needs! Beautiful courtyard and bar to relax! All major restaurants and shops and the travertine pools within a few minutes! Also the tallest building around!

Had a really fabulous time. The hotel was really helpfully as we turn up a day early, luckily they fitted us in. Location of hotel is fantastic. Views are what you see in photos. Rooms clean, with a fridge, shower powerful. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to stay here.

This hotel is the place to stay in pamukkale. Mustafa and his family were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and brought to your table. Where you have a stunning view of the travertines. Walking distance to the antique pool. The courtyard was great for relaxing and chatting with a cocktail. Dont prebuy hot air balloon tix. Mustafa will arrange for you. Will definitely be back. Thankyou to the Sahin family for making our stay unforgettable.

L’hotel est située juste en face du site touristique, le matin le petit déjeuner se prend sur le roof top, avec une des meilleures vue sur les rochers. Les personnels sont aux petits soins. Par exemple ils nous ont fait garer nos motos dans un endroit sure.

The hotel was amazing. Great location. Right across the street from travertine pools of Pamukkale. Breakfast was perfect. Sitting at breakfast while hot air balloons drifted by against the white back drop of Pamukkale was unbelievable. The staff was great and went out of their way to help you and attend to your every need.

Dieses familiengeführte Hotel ist ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Die Lage ist schlichtweg perfekt, besonders wegen des atemberaubenden Blicks auf die berühmten Kalkstein-Terrassen. Schon das Frühstück ist ein Highlight, denn der Ausblick von dort auf die Terrassen ist wirklich einmalig – man fühlt sich, als würde man ein wunderschönes Naturspektakel im Kino erleben. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und immer makellos sauber. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Balkonzimmer mit direktem Blick auf die Terrassen und am Morgen auch auf die Ballons zu bekommen, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Ein riesiges Plus ist, dass Gülay ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht. Sie ist nicht nur eine herzliche Gastgeberin, sondern auch eine großartige Hilfe bei allen Anliegen. Sie hat uns beispielsweise sehr gerne bei der Buchung einer Ballonfahrt geholfen, was den Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht hat. Abschließend möchten wir das Restaurant im vorderen Teil des Hauses hervorheben: Das Essen ist super lecker, sehr preiswert und man genießt auch hier einen tollen Ausblick. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich bei Gülay und ihrer Familie für die Gastfreundschaft!

Perfect location but a little noisy, customer service is best,they give free bottles of water anytime you asked. The breakfast is great but not buffet type. Room are small but clean. Staff are very helpful and super nice.
