The hotel is in a great location. There’s lots of stores and food places around. The only downfall is the entrance is stairs so with luggage is a bit difficult and elevator is small. The rooms are clean, the beds are twin size. Complementary waters, coffee, tea is available in the rooms. It’s a bit noisy during the day but at night it’s a bit quieter. Friendly staff, they provide shuttle service to the airport. Great experience

The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable. Location is good too, close to lots of shops, and most of all, close to the airport.

Accueil professionnel, chambre propre avec une bonne literie et une climatisation efficace.

Hôtel sans charme mais très propre à 15 minutes de l’aéroport. Prenez un taxi jaune et non le taxi de l’hôtel qui est 3 fois plus cher.

Decent hotel, night staff rather not welcoming, but cordial. Big shower. Somewhat worn room. Lively neighborhood at night.

the window wasn’t closing well and the street beside the hotel was noisy.

Not thoughtfully appointed. Lots of noise from street. People talking in call sound like in your room. Dixie cups for coffee/ tea…. 1 each. The cup can’t hold it. Hole in shower was at faucet. Can see daylight. Tiny cramped elevator. Empty liquid soap in bathroom. Weird place. Do not recommend. Nice desk guy though.

The cleanliness was not good. The service had problems. Tea, sugar, and water were not replenished. I had to go myself to get towels and slippers.

Because I had stayed at this hotel a few days before my second stay, I chose it again when returning from abroad. However, upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that there were no rooms available (the room I booked through hotels.com had been sold to someone else) and asked if I could stay at their other hotel just across the street. Since I was only staying one night, I accepted. However, the room I stayed at the other hotel was vastly different in quality from this one. The cleanliness was poor. The TV channels were not receiving signals and the TV's internet connection and applications were not working. The toilet seat was broken. There was no outlet where the kettle for tea and coffee was supposed to be. If you book this hotel through any website, call either the website or the hotel to confirm they won't sell your room.

The room was loud and smelt of cigarette smoke. The smoke was overbearing and seemed to be coming into the room throughout the evening, so the seals on the doors were not working. The air-conditioning system was pumping in smoke smell. It was just bad situation. The window could not be open because the taxi cabs honking outside the window were too loud.
