The service from the receptionists was really good despite the low price and quality breakfast we got. This hotel is not a problem with the hotel but I think the sign about the nearest metro station is not that easy to understand. The balcony in our room was noisy. The room wasn't too noisy.

The location is convenient, the staff is skilled, and the breakfast buffet is also excellent. I stayed for 3 nights and had a good time. Our receptionist was very good at speaking English, which made us comfortable in communicating.

We really only have two positive things to offer from our six-day vacation at this hotel: Mustafa and German. These two are much too excellent for this hotel. Both are dedicated to the reception and can never go above and beyond for you. The outside and front desk look fine, but things get worse. It's really terrible. The rooms are filthy, and the contents, such as mattresses, refrigerators, wardrobes, and showers, are all in a boat. See the photos! This is a shame that I had to say these things, and the staff deserves a better hotel to work with. Breakfast was average, nothing special but clean and adequate. The hotel is more or less centrally located and everything is within walking distance of a 2030 or 510 minute taxi ride. Be advised, it is directly across from a hospital, which generates a lot of traffic. Likewise, many stray cats and dogs are walking around. Once again, it's a shame I had to say these things, and the staff deserves such a nicer hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is close to the big hospital and in 5 minutes you can walk to an amusement park. It's not big, the hotel is clean, the rooms have everything you need, the tech is working, and the staff is nice and polite. After breakfast we got Turkish coffee free which was particularly good. The atmosphere is nice and also very quiet.

This hotel is very small but has convenient locations. We are very pleased with our stay here. Germans who checked us in were excellent. They were extremely helpful, helping us with our luggage, directions, arranging a hammer for us, ordering taxis, and being friendly when we entered the foyer. The room was well furnished. The toiletries are great. We received a very nice breakfast that was included in our room price. Parking is available outside. The mattress was nice. The towels were soft. There is a refrigerator in the room. There were some noise coming from other rooms, and the bathroom had hair in it, although the cleanliness here was spotless.
