Hotel yang sangat sukses. Setiap kualitas mencerminkan kualitasnya. Sarapannya luar biasa, kamarnya luar biasa, bersih, lokasinya sempurna. Jika anda datang dan melakukan reservasi hanya karena harga yang terjangkau, anda akan membuang-buang uang anda. Padahal saya sudah melakukan reservasi kamar keluarga untuk menginap bersama keluarga saya, ketika kami tiba kami memberikan kamar kepada orang lain, itu tidak termasuk dalam sistem, mereka mengatakan kami akan membawa Anda ke kamar lain untuk hari ini dan kami akan memindahkan Anda ke ruang keluarga besok. Saya bilang kami sudah membayar untuk ruang keluarga, tidak ada tempat lain, tapi teman resepsionis mengatakan maaf. Dia berkata, "Jangan khawatir, ini salah kami, mari kita selesaikan keluhan Anda besok Karena saya datang bersama keluarga dan sudah larut malam, saya tidak memiliki masalah. Namun ketika saya bertanya apakah kami sudah mengatur kamar baru besok pagi, resepsionis berteriak dan berkata, "Anda akan tinggal di kamar yang kami atur untuk Anda Ketika saya bertanya kepada teman saya "Kamu tidak mengatakan kemarin, Anda mengatakan sekarang dia mengatakan "Kami memberikan kamar Anda kepada orang lain, tidak ada yang bisa saya lakukan saat ini Mereka sama sekali tidak ada hubungannya dengan itu. The location of the property is very near to taksim square and very easy access to all the important parts of the istiklal street. I had especially found the owner, manager and employee of this property to be the sweetest most companionate people I have met in Istanbul. The breakfast was great and the place was very clean. Really loved our stay here will recommend to everyone who wishes to visit Istanbul.

The rooms are very nice. We took a room for 5 people beacuase we were a family. It was clean amd tidy.the airconditioning was working well. Its location is strategic. Near most touristic areas and bazaars. There are supermarkets and restauarnts everywhere around the hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly. They helped us locate the good places to visit. They also helped us settle down and broght us a very decent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place for individuals, couples, and families as well. We would definitely go back there if we come back to turkey. Service deserved every dollar.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of the city. This made me happy as i could easily walk to all the main attractions. However, the rooms were small and there wasnt much space to move around. This frustrated me. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre and there wasnt much variety. This frustrated me as i was looking forward to a delicious breakfast to start the day.

Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, hanya 1 menit berjalan kaki dari Istiklal Caddesi. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Saya tinggal di hotel ini setelah rekomendasi dan lebih dari puas. Kamar modern dan ber-AC. Saya tidak punya keluhan dan pasti akan tinggal di hotel ini lagi.

Hotel Nupera adalah hotel yang sangat saya sarankan ketika berkunjung ke Istanbul. Semua stafnya sangat sopan, ramah dan membantu. Lokasi hotel sangat sentral, hanya 1 menit berjalan kaki ke Jalan Istiklal di Taksim. Kamar hotel didekorasi dengan indah dan higienis. Karena saya sangat puas dengan masa menginap saya, saya sekarang menginap di Hotel Nupera setiap kali saya berkunjung ke Istanbul. Nilai uang yang luar biasa.

Hotel ini sangat tidak direkomendasikan. Kamar sangat dingin, AC atau pemanas tidak berfungsi. Sprei banyak noda darah, rokok di tempat tidur. Kamar mandi berjamur, toilet kotor. Hotel ini sangat buruk. Hanya ada pria dan wanita yang bersenang-senang di kamar sampai pagi hari Anda bisa mendengar semuanya. Pada sore hari Anda bisa mendengar muntahan tetangga baik yang menuangkan alkohol ke tubuh mereka.

Despite this, the hotel management welcomed me openly. At the front desk, they assisted me in resolving issues that weren't even related to my immediate stay at the hotel. I was settled in a perfectly clean, well-kept, comfortable room with everything you needed for a temporary stay. I slept in room 204, the second floor of the hotel. The room includes a double bed and a private bathroom with the necessary set of hygiene products. Fresh bed linen, towels, slippers, a good mattress, and pillows. Refrigerator, electric kettle, tea and coffee is available. The hotel is walking distance from the city center. Transportation interchange, currency exchange offices, large markets, and nearby medical facilities. I was impressed with the hotel staff. No matter the position, every employee is as welcoming, pleasant, and caring as possible. Thanks to the wellcoordinated work of the team, I felt like a family circle during the three days of my stay at the hotel. At the reception, they speak English fluently and help with all the questions regarding the trip. Room cleaners are proactive and diligent. Communications, plumbing, and electrical equipment worked flawlessly. I had none of a problem during my time at the super hotel. recommendation.

Kamar ini sangat mengerikan dan tidak memiliki jendela. Meja nakas rusak dengan laci terbuka karena kemiringan lantai. Dindingnya menjijikkan, tidak ada seprai kecuali selimut sederhana di tempat tidur. Skandal EUR 80 per malam. Staf lebih dari tidak menyenangkan. Jangan pergi ke sana!

Hotel ini sangat buruk dan kotor, dan saya tidak merekomendasikannya. Beberapa pekerja hotel rasis dan tidak menghormati pelanggan. Mereka berteriak dan tidak memahami satu sama lain. Mereka memasuki kamar dan mencari saat Anda tidak ada. Tidak ada pembersihan selama 10 hari dan AC rusak.
