İzmir’e ilk defa geldiğimiz için tereddüt ederek rezervasyon yapmıştık ama otel bizi çok memnun etti. Çok temizdi, nevresimler tertemiz kokuyordu çok memnun kaldık ayrıca çok samimi karşılandık her şeyden gayet memnun ayrıldık. Tek eksisi caddedeki barlar biraz gürültülü ama gece 1-2 gibi gürültüler de azalıyor.

The staff is great. Very helpful, kind and with amazing level of English which is a rear thing in Türkiye. The room was clean with everything you might need. But there is problem with soundproof (you can hear your neighbours visiting the bathroom in details...). Also, be ready to use stairs, the hotel has 4 floors and there is no elevator. They help to bring your bags upstairs if needed. The hotel is located very close to the water front on the pedestrian street, so three is a lot places to eat and have a drink around, but no taxi can come close to the hotel. You will have to walk up to 150m to catch a taxi.

We only stayed at Balca one day due to a flight delight. The owners / reception are the most friendly people we met during our stay in Turkey. They made us feel so welcome and no request was too much. The hotel has great WiFi, perfect location, new Airconditioning system and a huge comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend staying here !!! thank you so much

Otelin yeri mükemmel,sahipleri ve çalışanları güler yüzlü ve titiz,özellikle pandemi dönemin de hijyen konusunda gösterdikleri titizlik ve ciddiyete hayran oldum;odalarda elektrikli ısıtıcı bulunması ve çay-kahve ikramı önerimdir,kahvaltı olmamasını pandemi nedeni ile eksiklik sayamıyorum.Beklentisi merkezi yerde,temiz ve mütevazı bir tesiste konaklama için çok ideal;sahiplerine ve çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim.

Good. I believe this hotel is better for couples who want to pay less and stay in the city center close to the sea, but not on the sea view. The receptionist is not professionally employed, but their kindness and efforts to assist the guests forgot about professionalism. Mir is a touristic city and particularly noisy at night, especially in the summer, and while sleeping there can be loud voices from nearby cafes. Try to give their official reservation confirmation letter while checking in, but there was no payment problem after checking out, which happened with me, but I resolved the issue. The room is clean and you can use the facilities correctly, as is the room is well designed. Wi-Fi in this hotel is also unreliable. I had to sit on the floor because I used the qualitative internet, which is not good for this hotel. You can choose Hotel Balsa if you want to spend your most time close to the sea. Breakfast is also one of the most typical Turkish dishes I have seen in Istanbul.

Because I use the quality internet I have to sit on the floor which is not good for this hotel. If you want to pay less and spend your most time near the sea you can choose Hotel Balsa. Breakfast is also typical Turkish food which I have seen in Istanbul as well. Good.
