The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; the location was lively for bars and restaurants and convenient for the Metro and the funicular. Roof top bar had pretty views. Room was comfortable and reasonably spacious for a central location.

Recently back from 5 nights at RUZ Hotels in Istanbul. What a great hotel that I'd recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul, After a bit of a trek on public transport from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), we got a fantastically friendly greeting from Sinan who gave us some water, checked us in, showed us up to our room and talked us through some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hotel has a fashionable, boutique feeling to it, and this extends to the rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower in the bathroom was great. We also appreciated the air conditioning and the complimentary soft drinks in the mini-bar. We didn't use the restaurant but we did enjoy the rooftop bar for a drink before dinner nearby. The service in the bar was also excellent. The hotel is in a bustling part of Beyoğlu, very close to the top of the Tünel and the Şişhane metro stop - but even though our room faced the street we weren't disturbed by the noise from the local bars. The hotel is really onto a good thing with a friendly, approachable and helpful team, excellent service and comfy rooms. Keep it up!

This hotel was a bit of a hidden gem. Everything about it worked out amazingly well. The location was tucked quietly away in the old quarter. The staff were kind and truly helpful. As it is a small hotel it is easy for them to be quite attentive to your needs. Room was modern and spacious. Vibe of hotel was cool with a sophisticated edge. Definitely recommend. Amy K

Book it. You won’t regret it. From the super warm welcome - even at 2am - to the consideration at all levels: in-room and in-hotel touches, the beds, the gym, the rooftop, the cocktails, everything is just so well thought out and the team can’t do enough for you - be that bookings, guidance, or just a little chat. Every single one of the people that works there that we spoke with was just lovely. The pool is super narrow and not as long as it looks in the pics but that’s my only complaint. Everything else was exquisite and the movie-themed neons in each room were a lovely touch for a film nerd like me that I didn’t know was coming. We ended up not going to another city as part of our trip and just managed to stay for almost all of our remaining days in this lovely spot bar one night where we had to go elsewhere (see other reviews if you wanna know but it was a ‘no’ from us and not a patch on this place) as it was fully booked. Do yourself a favour and just book it.

Vi er mye på reise, men med flotte fasiliteter og den ekstraordinære servicen som hotellets ansatte kunne tilby skulle jeg gjerne hatt muligheten til å legge til en sjette stjerne :-) Hotellet er rent, trivelig, svært forseggjort og har mange spennende detaljer både i fellesområder og på rommet. Ta gjerne en titt på biblioteket med mye spennende litteratur både knyttet til reise og kultur. Rene og trivelige rom finner man mange steder, men her var det gjennomført med detaljer som ikke bare tøfler og morgenkåpe, men også munnbind, ørepropper og våtservietter på rommet, nye vannflasker hver dag. Viser at man bryr seg og gir det lille ekstra. Vi kom tidlig og fikk tilgang til rommet allerede fra 5 om morgenen uten spørsmål. også dette høyt verdsatt. På grunn av demonstrasjoner i området, var sentrum av Istanbul stengt siste dagen. Mange politisperringer som gav turister utfordringer med å komme frem. Hotellet ringte til og med opp for å forsikre seg om at vi var vel tilbake på hotellet utpå kvelden. Flott restaurant på taket med god utsikt, deilige drinker og rause porsjoner med mat.
