Excellent service. The rooms were comfortable. Staff members who are both professional and helpful. Very good location, only a 5minute walk from market street.

You have to tell them about everything you need! Even water, it wont be charged every day. The breakfast was fine, but the coffee and juice were so watery! But the redeption section has good staff. They are helpful and respectful.

The hotel and breakfast are excellent. They provide incredibly comfortable mattresses, providing a restful nights sleep. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro and the city center. However, it is unfortunate that when you ask the receptionist questions, he answers with difficulty. Although they assist you, they do so with some difficulty during your stay. Overall, its well worth the money.

The receptionist was really friendly. Breakfast was served on the hotels top floor, which had a great view. The hotel room is very small and the breakfasts are repetitive. There are no good restaurants around the hotel. Dont expect silence because the proximity of the motel to taksim square is near the location of this hotel

The room was quite spacious and clean, but there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The most interesting place of the hotel was their rooftop restaurant, where we could see istanbul 360 degrees.

I want to return for vacation! And why? I stayed at the gonen hotel. I liked the Gonden hotel, and i had a great time there. The location is close to everywhere, if you want some fun, you can stay at this cool gongen hotels. Melo gohen was my memory. Im coming back as soon as possible. An amazing, kind, patient, highquality staff is always available for me and for everyone at our hotel in the end. In merely stating it, with certainty, that hotel gonnen is the best option for every person.

Recently, i spent two nights here on business trips. The hotel is situated in the heart of the tourist area of turkish city. Although it was stated in our voucher that it would be a free transfer, they refused to let us use it for transferring from the airport to the hotel. While the rooms are cozy, there arent many amenities. It is important to note that even though my room was on the first floor and the area was packed, it wasnt difficult for me to sleep comfortably. Breakfast is excellent and offers countless options.

The majority of the staff are friendly. Breakfast is also good there and if you go a bit late it doesnt compare to other hotels where there is nothing left to eat. Cleanliness and cleanliness 4 out of 5. The pool is always cold and not heated, be aware. The location is ok and quiet, the employees dont act like they want to ask for tips.
