It was my first trip to Türkiye and coordinating airport travels to/from the hotel was a bit daunting. The hotel offered to arrange hotel pickup and drop off, which relieved some stress. The location is unbeatable and the staff are amazingly kind and helpful.

Lovely, friendly staff who always wanted to help, whatever we needed. Our first room was quite small, but we were moved free of charge to a larger room with no fuss. Rooms were basic, but very clean, generally well presented, with air conditioning, TV, fridge, complimentary water and an excellent shower. Location was excellent - only about 7 mins walk from the Blue Mosque, with shops and restaurants all around. If you like big plush hotels then this may not be for you, but if you want to have a more realistic feel of Istanbul and meet some genuinely lovely people then it will be! Overall a great stay thank you.

Our time at the turna hotel was exceptional! I had requested a firstfloor room before my trip to turkey because stairs are not ideal right now due to health issues. They responded right away via the booking website and set up a firstfloor room for us! Ali, his father, erol, and gulsat were all very nice and welcoming! And they provided us with useful information about everything we needed to know. The hotel was clean, and the bathroom and bedsheets were clean. The hotel room and bathroom appear to have recently undergone renovation. There was always plenty of water bottles, and they always inquired about our needs if we ran out of water, toilet paper, soap, etc. Everything was close to the hotel, and affordable and good restaurants like aya Sophia, blue mosque, and grand bazaar are all within walking distance. The masjid, little aya Sophia, is a 1minute walk from the turna hotel for daily prayers. Ali recommended this affordable and good restaurant, fatih belediyesi catladikapi sosyal tesisleri, which was only a 4minute walk from where we had breakfast. It was good pricing with good food. They even found us a cheaper taxi to get back to the airport. They also did a onetime free laundry for us! Overall, this is the best place and the best people in Istanbul! Every time i return to turkey, i would definitely return. They treated us like family! If i could give 10 stars, i would give 10 stars. Thank you turna team, you are the best!.

Ali was amazing. Always available for any kind of need. He would help us find taxis and haggle for us, provide us with helpful information on places to shop and find good deals, and even bring us sweets. My bag got lost at the airport and the airline shipped it to the hotel. He brought it to me as soon as it was delivered. I can’t thank him enough for making our stay in Istanbul so enjoyable and easy.
