I will most certainly return. The hotel is fantastic. It was immaculate, and the staff was extremely helpful and did their job admirably. I had a great time, but the lady at the front desk, Ramouna, an indian national, did incredibly well to assist me. She is quite courteous. Her expertise is extensive. We appreciate the managements decision to hire such talented individuals. Smana for your assistance.

A hotel outside of the city with good rooms, breakfast, and friendly reception staff. The bed in the room is too soft, a little harder as it causes back pain.

The price is reasonable, but the place is decent. The guest service is excellent. I chose a nonsmoking room, however, the room smells like smoke and the bed is also very smelly.

I had an amazing time. I spent six days at the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and wellmaintained. Both for breakfast and dinner, the food was excellent. Staff members were courteous and proactive. It also assisted with a spa, bar, and pool. Additionally, professional tour guides and highquality vehicles were set up for sightseeing. For friends and families, i believe it is the ideal location. We want to express our gratitude to the owner and staff for making our trip unforgettable.

It was a good hotel. I did not book directly with them, but i was sent there by tavoy agency, and im completely satisfied. They serve incredibly good breakfast, the rooms are large and clean. Everything else was amazing. The location is also very accessible.

I heartily endorse the staff at smana and asim for an unforgettable culinary journey with topnotch service. I had the most delightful time when i recently dined at the restaurants of the hotel, namely the crispy potatoes, which were perfectly crispy and seasonally prepared. The food was excellent, especially the perfectly crisp and seasoned potatoes. For a meal, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, creating ambiance that was both comfortable and welcoming. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the employees. Asim, who was attentive and knowledgeable, went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional.

Last year, i have been staying here for over 7 months. The service was excellent and everything went well. I would recommend this hotel. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly. Just had an issue with led, they were using an outdated led tv. Everything else was fine.

The location of this hotel is in burdah, which is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is reasonably priced, and the rooms may not be perfect but comfortable. One word of warning some rooms are affected by the indian nightclub, so if booking, you should be in the quieter part. Dubai creek is a 30minute walk away, as there are many 24hour shops and other services in that area.

The staff here are very helpful, including the hotel manager who was so kind to me many times. As per the current situation, there is a lot of traffic, but for samana it is very easy to enter many ways. They will rock up next year. Best wishes for all mr. Pinto, they are incredibly kind people who always stand by to help others.

Mal yali staff is very bad. Ask for services from staff named karan. Hes the best guy to help you. Dont go to this spa in the picture. This spa is a scam.
