The hotel staff were friendly and polite, making me feel at home and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for secluded and unforgettable vacations. My stay at the walmart astoria Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. Room service exceeded expectations by providing prompt and personalized service. There was countless menu options available around the clock, ensuring culinary satisfaction at any time. All facilities such as the spa, gym, and swimming pool were topnotch, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, the breathtaking views added an extra layer of magic to this experience.

It was a wonderful experience to have visited an office. The cost of the valet service at 120 eur is too high. There arent many vehicles available in the parking area. Apart from that, the lobby is excellent. Front desk staff courteous. Wellorganized. Large offices and immaculately maintained. It would be nice to offer free valets for visitors to their offices.

12/10! We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had breakfast included. The stay was amazing! The staff is very friendly and will always make sure you are fully satisfied. Breakfast and food in general are amazing, so good! Whenever we return, we will definitely revisit the waldorf astoria. It was the best hotel experience ive ever had. A welldeserved 5 star hotel, special thanks to saif and all the other wonderful people who made our stay so special.

The location, rooms, interior design, breakfast and pool area are all great, but what sets this hotel apart from others in Dubai is the service. Both before arrival and during your stay, the staff go out of their way to make your visit as personalized and as good as possible. I will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and polite from the moment you arrived. The room was great, clean, fresh and welcoming. I had dinner in the room one night and it was amazing and the service was excellent throughout. Its location is good with other restaurants a short walk away but i cant fault the waldorf if you want to stay here.

I cant recommend this hotel enough. I recently stayed at the walmart astoria for three nights, and this was my third visit. The staff members who work there are what made it so exceptional, in my opinion. After a busy week, i was greeted by sarah, an extremely kind lady at reception who made sure everything was perfect and made me smile. When he arrived at his bar for booze, we met incredibly kind people who were very nice and gave recommendations, which was quite hospitable. Although despite this lovely gesture from the hotel, strangely, even compared to the room ive previously occupied, it appeared to be brighter, airier, slightly more modern, but it might have been the ceiling height, however, that was only if it had been influenced by the hotels thoughtfulness. My room was given an apple tv because the pcs werent smart, so the problem was resolved in about five minutes. While eating in the restaurant, my waitress, who was also named sophia, was so attentive and could read my thoughts on what u wanted to make for an excellent dinner. Thank you. Even though the pool deck is particularly lovely because it isnt too busy, the staff is fantastic and really cares about you, beds are luxurious, towels, water service, etc. At checkout, they were equally friendly and understanding,

Wonderful experience at the astoria waldorf. Excellent restaurants and breakfast. The personnel are all incredibly kind and pleasant. They went above and beyond to make sure the room was perfect, and the housekeeping in the apartment is fantastic. Additionally, laundry is efficient and quick.

Highly recommended for lunch and intimate dinners. We had a wonderful experience at our anniversary dinner. Stephen took care of every detail, from suggestions to complimentary desserts, and served us warmly. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional.

The hotel provides excellent service. Breakfast was a delightful experience, and the personnel at the restaurant were incredibly pleasant. I always enjoyed my breakfast at this bar every morning, which was provided with the best service possible thanks to two staff members, Miguel and Rubel.

Pillows are great, as are the mattresses and the soundproofing of the room. Staff are always ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast buffet was also great. Location is great its like a boutique hotel despite its size.

The long walk from the entrance to the reception and elevator change is very annoying and waste of time. Service is okay, rooms are clean and nice. Room service is fast. You wont be bothered.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The overall experience of the hotels was truly amazing! The suite we remained in was exceptional, very clean, organized, nicely decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast at bull and bear was excellent and provided excellent service. Rikthi made our dining experience unforgettable in particular. She was extremely warm and attentive. Her genuine care for our toddler was also very important to her. Waldorf astoria Dubai is fortunate to have such incredibly talented staff members who go above and beyond effortlessly. We look forward to returning to the resort at walmart astounded in the future. Highly recommended!.

I can only suggest the waldorf astoria. It was a wonderful experience to be guests at the hotel. The rooms are lovely, with plenty of space and amenities. Beautiful view from the room. There is sanitizing pool. Breakfast is delicious, the food variety is excellent, and the quality is also very good. Service was more than perfect.
