The price to quality ratio is outstanding. We particularly like the typical English character of the house, the interior, the bar, the dining room, and the sleeping room. It is a pleasant hotel with excellent service. The Italian restaurant serves a wide variety of dishes, but I've never tasted so good spaghetti milanese! Thus they are also excellent in simple dishes. Any way very worthwhile to visit, as well as because it's quite close to the center of the lovely town of it Albans.

This was our first stay. We stayed at the more in it Albans for three nights. This hotel was in a lovely place. We had the best experience during our brief vacation thanks to the hotel.

This is a lovely original feature, but I don't care about all the details like the carpet in the room that was a little old but nothing special to look at. This hotel was a short distance from the railway line behind the hotel. Our room had a nice bed and a nice shower over the bath and soft towels. The breakfast was good with freshly baked croissants, cooked breakfast, cereal, etc. The staff even remembered we requested oat milk friendly and accommodating staff, parking space behind the building, lovely garden, and some amazing houseplants.

This place is good value for money and has a beautiful garden. Joe is very helpful to change the workshop in the workshop if it is needed. This place has a comfortable and good experience to stay.
