A very nice guest house in a perfect location for the beach front, town centre & local amenities. My room was very pleasant with a comfortable double bed. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, chocolates & biscuits also provided. The staff were very friendly, particularly Sue, the landlady, who was there to welcome me upon my arrival. Breakfast was delicious & cooked to order. I would definitely book again on a future visit.

Spotlessly clean room and looked as if recently refurbished. Bed comfy and nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Good choice of tea/coffee sachets. Great Welsh breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hope to visit again sometime.

After a very welcoming and smooth check-in I settled on to a most comfortable room (which incidentally was serviced daily during my one week stay). The breakfast was outstanding and really set me up for a day exploring the area. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance and a very good bus service (even offering a reduction to English and Scottish bus pass holders).

We were greeted on arrival by the lovely owner. Given a choice of rooms so we could be close together with our friends. Rooms were clean warm spacious and inviting. Slept well. Would definitely book again if we come back. We had a lovely day and night In Llandudno Breakfast was excellent fabulous choice and tasty food. 10/10 from us all.

Easy online check in. Sue was waiting to meet us on arrival, even watched my car while we unloaded. Lovely clean room, comfortable and inviting. The room we had was small but had everything we needed for one night. Excellent breakfast with ample choice even for the most picky eater! Had a lovely week here with my wife and daughter. We had a large room at the front which had a double and single bed and a lovely onsuite bathroom. We also had a lovely sea view from our window. The owner was very pleasant and lovely to talk to. Smashing cooked breakfast every morning and a nice and relaxed atmosphere all round. Would easily stay there again :-)
