Enkelt att hitta och ta sig in, perfekt boende om man vill bo centralt och nära till kommunikationer (vi kunde ta Piccadilly line direkt från Heathrow) när restauranger och Tesco. Rummet var i minsta laget men användes i princip bara för att sova sen va vi ute hela dagarna. Badrummet var bra storlek men kunde önskat någon typ av förvaringsutrymme där inne. Överlag ett bra och prisvärt hotell med tanke på läge och närhet till kommunikationer.

Das Zimmer war okey. Der Teppich ist sehr abgetreten. Und hatte Flecken. Die Lage ist perfekt, drei Tube Station in 13 min.entfernung. Auch ein Shoppingcenter hat es in nur 6 min. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.

Not possible to choose a room as it’s not allocated until the day you arrive. I wouldn’t normally go for a room on the ground floor, especially in the summer with no air conditioning, as have to sleep with the windows closed. Not fun when it’s 36C!

We stayed here during a particularly hot period in London and wanted to upgrade to a room with air conditioning. Unfortunately, communication was slow, with online responses taking around an hour, and different staff members quoted different upgrade fees, which was confusing. After upgrading, we encountered an issue with the room lock, leaving the room unsecured. Thankfully, nothing was lost, but it was concerning. We then had to pack and move our luggage again to a third room, which was inconvenient and disruptive to our stay. While the staff eventually agreed to provide a small fraction of refund as compensation, we are still waiting for it to be processed. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to slow and inconsistent communication, small rooms, and the need to change rooms due to maintenance issues.

Extremely disappointed with this place, pictures of the room don’t really reflect how it actually is. Advertised as having air conditioning in the room and there was none, only 6/8 rooms have them. The main bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy, no mirror. My son was on the sofa bed in the lounge, the cover on the mattress when pulled the bed out was stained, the quilt and pillows had no covers on them! The tea coffee facilities were poor, there was a nespresso machine which was lovely, that didn’t work, and even if it did there was 1 oat milk sachet, the staff had obviously not checked the tray, only alternative teas no basic breakfast, and there was no one there to ask as it’s not manned. I decided to go to the reception area to get a hot drink but sadly no clean cups so I washed 2 but no milk again! The best bit about this mini break was the breakfast, even though it was a 10 minute walk from the hotel, Filo was delicious. This was so frustrating for me as it was my children who were treating me, it was my Christmas present from them to go and see the show Paddington, which was amazing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Ive never had such a bad experience with arranging a hotel trip. I never ended up staying here in the end. There was a Lengthy admin required on the side of the customer to make up for the fact that they have no reception staff. 48 hours in advance of my stay I had to cancel due to circumstances totally out of my control. I messaged the hotel through the hotels.com website. Neber got a response to this day. It took 2 days to speak to soneone, ended up having to WhatsApp (?). The hotel wouldnt offer me anything at all, no rescheduling, or credit to another booking. I had to pay the full price for 2 rooms i didn't stay in. When I did speak to someone and was uoset about the loss of money they referred in a negative way to my 'mental state'. Never been so offended. The hotel could have offers something but they chose not to. To make it worse, even though i had informed them I wasnt coming. I kept receiving texts and ehatsapps about "my upcoming stay". Will never stay at a Bob W hotel again. Terrible customer service. Not what i would expect from a UK hotel. Especially not in London.

ESTADIA PÉSSIMA ! Foi a quinta vez na cidade e ficamos 11 dias em um local extremamente despreparado para chamar de hotel. A propriedade não possui recepção e os hospédes falam com whats app através de um robô. Qdo vc encontra um funcionário, ele não te ajuda. O quarto não possui ar condicionado, não possui frigobar, a janela abre 10 cm, a cama é bem desconfortável e pequena para um casal e o banheiro mal conseguimos tomar banho, devido a minúscula cápsula do chuveiro. A limpeza do quarto foi cobrada 47 libras / dia. O único ponto positivo: localização.

I would give this property zero star. There is no receptionist or staff that can assist with anything. The room is different from the photo. No body wash available. The worse is there is 1 night that someone is knocking on our door telling that he is the security and he is hearing noises in our room. We did not open as it is very creepy since there were no noise as we were sleeping. Then he came back, knocking on the door next to us and saying he's been seeing smoke in the window. The girl opened the door but we gave notice that we are calling the police. Then next thing I heard he was gone. And we are calling the number of the property on WhatsApp since that was the instruction on the email, but it gave prompt that this has no WhatsApp. Texted but no reply. We really had a bad experience with this hotel. If we opened the door, we could have been dead. This property has no security. Nothing. Don't fall for this.
