The breakfast snack tray and drinks biscuits were a nice touch and very welcome. The front door code was simple to use and the door was closed from early evening. However, for a shortie like me 53, I struggled to reach some of the fittings and couldn't reach the high towel rail at all. The shower could use updating. The catches on the windows didn't seem to be working properly, but I've had this type of window in my own home and I know how easy they are to break, and they are original windows so you really can't expect them to be perfect. The room was wonderful, and I will definitely be back.

My partner and I, Jamie and Penny, had an incredible threeday stay in the basement apartment. I have no complaints about the room, it was large, tidy, and had all the facilities we needed. And I must say the quickest bathroom consists of a jacuzzi bath, a walkin shower, and a bidet, which is again clean as at home. The overall advantage of this guesthouse was not only the location, which was literally a 5-minute slow walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the pier. It was also that it was our apartment for three days and that there was no need for room service or breakfast because it was our brighton crash pad. Jeremy was attentive to the booking and organized our zone I parking area prior to that perfect friendly host. I have nothing more to say or lyrically about than that they were coming back! And staying as soon as we can and hopefully within a month. We fell in love with brighton, and had a great time.

The cleanliness of the guest house is excellent, and a nice host, Jeremy, is always available and always helpful. There is a fantastic cafe nearby, and the beach is only a short stroll away. Besides that, the room was also spotless, safe, and smell free, with a welcome pack of iced tea, coffee, and cookies.

We stayed in Super king deluxe. Very nice and comfortable room with all the amenities you need in a nice central location! We had a good stay. I liked that the room had its own entrance, this offered a lot of privacy. Contact with the host was per email and very easy, always a quick and friendly response.

Brilliant stay at the brighton surf guest house. Never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so for this wonderful guest home. This lodging was immaculate, well-kept, and exactly as the proprietor described it. A few minutes walk from the pier on a road leading to the sea, this location was meticulously maintained. The two accommodations, one for my daughter and her friend, were tastefully furnished, and each had everything we required for our three-night stay. At the time we stayed, they were not offering breakfast, but there were enough snacks and croissants in the room that we didn't have to buy any. We didn't need to eat out every meal because there was a kettle and a small fridge. Both during and after our stay, the owner, Jeremy, was timely and helpful, coordinating parking permits and aiding us when our daughter locked herself out of her room! The housekeeper was pleasant and checking if we needed anything while she was busy about the accommodation. Nothing I could fault and would absolutely suggest.
