Fantastic stay at Central Wave Brighton. The location is great, really central and easy to get everywhere on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and nicely done considering it’s an older building. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. Check-in was easy and everything ran smoothly. Communication was good, and it was nice to have someone at reception if needed. Overall, great value for money and a really pleasant stay. We’d happily come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Central Wave. From the moment I arrived, the check in process was well explained and organised, and the communication from the team was clear and helpful throughout. The property despite being a Victorian building is clean and well maintained with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The location is also a big plus. Very convenient for getting around Brighton while still feeling quiet at night. Overall, great value for money and a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend Central Wave and would happily stay again in the future.

Good location, loved Kempton neighborhood. Room was fine, staff communication was fine. Lots of stairs and narrow hallways. But, steps from the ocean and lovely little local park.

Gäste öffneten per Zufall Tür - wir wussten nicht dass selbst-checkin- da dies aus unserer Sicht zu spät per Mail kam - und geschrieben stand, dass Reception besetzt sei. Sehr freundlicher Chef an Reception, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Sauber. Gute Lage. Schade dass nach 2 Tagen nicht wenigstens Papierkorb automatisch geleert wurde bei 4 Nächten dort. Man hätte dies per Mail anfordern müssen, was wir kompliziert fanden. Preis ok doch über Wochenende zu hoch für das enge Zimmer. Danke

The basic room was functional with everything we needed. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and everything we needed was provided. There wasn’t any noise to disturb us and the check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. All in all a good stay.

It was not made clear if we had access to a kitchen or even if there was a kitchen so we could not wash our coffee cups properly and it was hard to fit cups and bottles underneath the bathroom sink tap.

Unless you have internet, trying to get into the place is terrible. I arrived early and was banging on locked door until a guest let us in. Probably about 12-1 pm. I just wants to leave my suitcase . Nobody on reception and no idea of what to do next. Cleaner didn’t have any idea of my room number or anything. Went away and came back at 2.15. Again banging on door until receptionist arrived at 2.30 My mail had gone to spam and that was the info I needed. The next few days of my visit receptionist was there and very nice. One needs to be notified that to watch your email or spam as this was how to access the hotel. Very central and a nice area to be in.

Our stay at this property, was a bit poor. The room was fairly clean, the pillowcase on one side of the bed was marked a bit yellowy, the bed looked comfortable, but when actually laid on it, it was very hard could not sleep and the other rooms were very noisy. Kept hearing people walking about late at night. We left at 5.30am on Wednesday morning.
