I stay here every week for work and cannot emphasize how fantastic this location is. The service is excellent and the staff are nice across all teams. Even the go is hands on every day, friendly and clearly does a great job. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. It's a pleasure to stay 34 nights a week and it's truly home from home. Richmond in the world of poor service you do yourself proud.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is clean, and the decor in the public areas and bedrooms is very interesting. They have a nice staff and a wellkept lounge, bar, restaurant, and garden area. They also have a car park so you won't have to bother.

After getting married, we spent a few nights at the richmond hotel and spa. Sadly, the spa facilities were closed, but this did not significantly affect our stay. We were still able to book massages, which were the best I'd ever experienced, and the entire stay was fantastic. The staff was very attentive, and our room was excellent. We ate in the restaurant and had drinks at the bar. Beautifully furnished and immaculate. The hotel's location is ideal for romantic strolls through Richmond Park, river walks, and shop. We can't thank the staff enough for making our stay so special. We'll return in November for our anniversary, hopefully in the same room. I'm sorry, I'm unable to pinpoint the specific staff staff name, but your staff was fantastic. Thank you very much.

Good stay, funky hotel, nice decor. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed with all the necessary amenities, perfect for a short stay.
