A very peaceful hotel with local shops and restaurants nearby. Sue helped with check in over the phone and was a pleasure. Great for a shower, head down and a good nights sleep at sensible prices.

I reserved this resort because the location was very close to my work. When I arrived, it was difficult to distinguish the hotel from the hotel. No sign or anything. I arrived in my room number 4 really quickly and was given a little bathroom with a shower. The room is basic, but ok for me only. The only window in the room went into the reception, so I had no fresh air coming in and it was late at night, so I was red hot all night. The room is basic, but fine for one night. If you park in a parking lot, it costs a 3-pound additional, but it's worth it.

I would recommend it, but not buckingham palace, but I liked it there. I was moving a little closer to the check-in time and was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk. A fantastic way to begin my stay. The room had everything I needed and was clean, I slept well, and when I returned in the morning, I was checked out by a lovely gentleman who was also chatty. The staff were kind and welcoming.

This is the ideal location if you need a quick place to crash for a night or two. The basics are all there, the bathroom is clean, and the bed is clean. The area itself is a little shady, some kids were throwing firecrackers at each other down the street, but it's not too bad. The price is amazing and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They treated my friend and me like family.

We arrived far earlier than I had stated, but we were able to go straight to our room. Very secure, with codes applied to all doors inside and out. Early afternoon, we met the proprietor Sue and another woman she was with. They told us about some wonderful restaurants in the area, and there were many restaurants nearby. Sue is such a warm and pleasant lady, and she will help you with anything. The room was immaculate and tidy. The linen was fresh, which was good. Anyone looking for a spotless, secure area to stay would love this lodge. We appreciate Dharma Lodge's wonderful time, and we'll hopefully see you again. Kate hardwood.

Arrived at hotel no one on check in desk phoned number on window. Woman Explained and guided me into my room on phone. Went back out to van for my stuff a woman pulls up in a car tells me i have to pay her £10 parking so i moved van onto street this was not advertised on Hotels.com site at time of booking. I returned back to hotel for the woman to then show me to my room once in room i had noticed my works tablet was not on the bed where i left it or in the room i asked the woman where it was she replied how do you know about the tablet i told her it was mine i had left in there before i moved van. When the woman showed me into my room she kept commenting that i got the room cheap. The hotel wasnt the easiest place to find as it was located behind another building. The room was cold on arrival cause radiator was turned off turned radiator on and it only got luke warm all night.

We booked this hotel as it was the only one available in the area for an event we were attending. Check was terrible, no-one was in the reception & we had to call to get access. We were not asked any security questions & were given the code for the door & simply told our key was in a flowerpot!! Despite being advertised as a b&b, it was just the room. I only found this out when i called about needing a vegetarian breakfast. Whilst the room itself was bearable, the bathroom was horrendous. The sliding door didnt open properly so we had to squeeze in, the shower only had 1 temperature, absolutely boiling. The bathroom was no more than 3ft-6ft & felt incredibly cramped. The whole room felt very dated & run-down. The beds were relatively comfortable. We were glad we only had the room booked for one night. Definitely NOT worth £159!!!

I didn’t get room or service The telephone number is given is wrong number I trying to reach the number given on welcome letter but not possible And I drive the hotel at 1am no body was there and different number attached to door I call that number at list 20 times but no answer, finally I spent my time in a street Can you please refund my money Thank you!
