The information on parking was totally wrong. The hotel has no car park of its own.- We wasted loads of time trying to get into the car park recommended (after we booked). It was fenced off. We got the correct information from staff to use another car park opposite.. Things then went smoothly and it cost us £10 for 24 hours. The hotel website (and the information sent once you have booked) needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Excellent location right in the centre of Belfast staff with extremely polite and helpful The continental breakfast was good but very limited choice of spread for toast or rolls i.e. only chocolate or strawberry jam and fortunately don’t like either usually you find marmalade a very popular choice but not available here only criticism we had we definitely stay here again

Check in was very quick and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is good value for money located close to the City Centre and Ulster Hall for gigs. Shopping and restaurants very close by.

Immaculately clean room, comfy beds and very helpful, friendly staff. Location was perfect for great bars and restaurants and within walking distance of the Cathedral and Titanic quarters. Yes the rooms are small but we had everything that we needed and there was plenty of under bed storage to put our luggage, tea and coffee were free down in the lobby. Considering its central location we didn't hear any traffic noise whatsoever on the 4th floor. Parking was right next to the hotel in Little Victoria Street, we arrived on Sunday and it was free until 8am the next morning so it only cost us around 14 euro for our 2 night stay. There is a Wetherspoon pub less than 3 mins walk away if you fancy a cheap drink. Perfect for a couple of nights in Belfast.

Clean room, but a little small. Breakfast very good and great choice. Lovely white fluffy towels and nice clean linen. Staff were all very helpful. Location was great, Wetherspoons one block down, further down the same road brings you to City Hall and City Centre

I had a generally very positive stay here. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout, and the property was always clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent — everything you need is within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient. The only thing I wish I had paid closer attention to before booking (my own oversight) was the room layout. I booked a double bed but would have preferred twins, and more importantly, the toilet and shower are in separate areas with limited privacy. That was the only downside for me, as it felt a bit exposed compared to a standard combined bathroom. Overall, I would still recommend this place for its great location, cleanliness, and service. Just make sure to double-check the bathroom configuration if privacy is important to you.
