Cosy rooms above a wonderful pub, perfectly situated on a quiet lane at the edge of Wimbledon Common. Thoughtful breakfast basket was left outside the room in the morning, which was a lovely way to start the day.

Charming, clean and well equipped room above the Fox and Grapes gastro pub. Perfect location for the tennis at Wimbledon with a 20 minute walk across the Common. Really appreciated the continental breakfast basket left overnight and the air conditioning. Bonus of free weekend parking on the street oustide. Quiet at night once the pub has closed and had some lovely food in there as well.

A really nice cozy rooms with en-suite. Everything you’d need and expect . Such nice people and very accommodating . Food in the pub downstairs was excellent. Easy walk to Wimbledon Village with excellent shops. In this heat the Ac was very welcome and worked well.

This hotel was a find!! We were in town for the Tennis and had a fab nights stay. Great service, super friendly staff, really comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast delivered by hamper! Will definitely stay again

My husband and I stayed for one night and loved our stay. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by staff at the bar. We had 4 suitcases and in no time we had 4 different male staff members taking our luggage up one flight of steep stairs to our room. Later when we went downstairs to the bar we were made to feel very welcome. Couldn’t fault this property. Thank you.

A charming hotel located in prime position, literally on the edge of Wimbledon Common. Classy decor, warm and welcoming service coupled with a cosy and welcoming restaurant and bar area, this place takes a lot of beating. One minor note of caution however - the property is marketed as having free parking - this is in the case, there are only 2 spaces outside the front of the hotel and they come with restrictions. In our case, the manager went above and beyond by going out of his way to purchase and display a parking ticket for our car. Excellent job all round.
