Reception staff were extremely friendly & got us checked in swiftly. They happily stored our luggage & gave our daughter a complimentary voucher for a cocktail as we were in Liverpool celebrating her graduation. We had three rooms booked all of which were very comfortable and we all slept brilliantly. Only criticism would be that the parking at the adjacent multi storey carpark was expensive, a discounted rate for hotel residents would have been appreciated.

Staff were lovely, we had bid on and been accepted for an upgrade but this wasn’t offered at reception and we didn’t realise until later. Rooms were lovely although our bathroom needed a few touch ups. Great location and views so we would definitely stay again

Stayed in a Signature Suite spacious and spotless. Breakfast was one of the best I have tasted. Also would recommend getting a coffee out of machine in breakfast room Top class brew.

Fantastic spacious room and lovely walk in shower. Friendly staff at front desk, bar and breakfast room. Excellent cocktails (the Napoleon’s Code a particular favourite) and hot breakfast dishes. Wonderfully located on the dockside. Only minor gripe being they could do with more Lifts in the building (wait times for the two lifts at breakfast/checkout time quite long!)… but would definitely stay here again

O staff do hotel foi muito atencioso, nos deram todas as informações com bastante clareza e gentilmente cuidaram de nossas malas pós o check-out para que pudéssemos aproveitar a cidade antes de partir. Recomendo muito esse hotel!

Really nice comfortable hotel. The only negative is they don't have their own parking and the multistory next door is a complete rip off by Liverpool local council. £24 per 24hours, i was a day and a half for work and it was £48 for parking almost 25% of the cost of the hotel for the 2 nights.
