- Each piece of linen and towel that is stained beyond repair will attract a penalty of £10- There will be a late checkout fee of £50 for any unauthorised late checkout- All Keys must be returned to the lock box and not left inside the property at checkout- Cameras must not be obscured or tampered with in any way- For any unauthorised late checkout, there will be a late checkout fee of £50 for the first hour, then £50 for every half hour after that, prorated - A valid means of Identification is required after booking. Please note that, our office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
