Hotel room very spacious, with very comfy beds. Large shower room, with hot water available anytime. Had a problem with the shower, but the reception sorted this immediately, so very happy with the service. Only downside, and this was NOT the fault of the hotel, was that the smell from the drains in the road came into the room. It was just off Morpeth town centre and ideally situated for everything. Would definitely stay again.

We used the place as a stopover. Lovely clean room and facilities. We were too early for a cooked breakfast but we enjoyed toast and yoghurt. Great location, will definitely go back

Great location with the town centre on one side and a supermarket across the road. Clean rooms with plenty of room. Friendly staff and a great buffet breakfast. A little worn in some places which might put some off.

We had to leave at 6 am and the manager kindly moved a small fridge I to the breakfast area and left us fresh ingredients to enable us to have breakfast before we left! Very helpful

I have stayed here many times whilst visiting family in Morpeth.The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are immaculately clean and the breakfast keeps you full till teatime. Great hotel.

Because the permanent signs say the Morpeth Lodge and not the Morpeth Inn, we had difficulty in finding it and had to ask. However we realise this is probably temporary. Overall a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price.

Rooms beside road really need black out curtains, very light, no need to put a light on. Wi-Fi absolutely fine, turned radiator off on arrival, room still very warm (too warm) Room size and bathroom sizes adequate. No where do put soap and shampoo in the shower cubicle. Saying all this I would stay there again on condition I had a room away from Road or black out curtain fitted

We stayed in Room 8 and was very impressed for the price paid, large room, huge wall mounted TV, well configured lighting and large bathroom with good shower. Would definitely stay here again. Great value and free off road parking

As some of the other reviews note, the hotel decor/fixtures are tired. However rooms were comfortable and adequate. In all, reasonably accessible to everything Morpeth has to offer and value for money.
