Lovely room, big andcomfortable, friendly staff and clean, short walk to shops and restaurants in Notting Hill gate. Breakfast times need to be advised on hotels.com, I paid extra, but was told on arrival that it wasn't served till 8 am, no good when on business trip, was able to get some pastries up the road but wouldn't have paid the extra if I'd known. They offered to see if they could do it early, but I wouldn't have known until the morning. Otherwise very happy with the stay.

In a fantastic location with tube, bus and Holland Park right at the doorstep. Very well kept grand hotel spacious and comfortable. I had a shared bathroom - this was OK for the reasonable price.

Nice hotel, next to the underground station. Good continental breakfast. Unfortunately you need to pay for parking, and they don't have Air conditioning.

Foi uma grata surpresa! Hotel super bem localizado, ônibus bem em frente, mercados e restaurantes bem próximos, ficamos em um quarto com banheiro compartilhado, nunca havíamos ficado e estávamos apreensivos, mas os banheiros eram sempre limpos, parecia que era utilizado somente por nós, camas confortáveis, atendentes simpáticos. Ficaria novamente!

Great stay at this cute hotel that was close to the subway & bus stop/station. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean & breakfast was good. Our room could have used a new mattress, but overall it was a great place to call home while in London. The area is safe & we would stay there again.
