The personnel was extremely helpful, and there was nothing unnerving, and we felt like the hotel was operating in a friendly manner. The kids liked the wonderful garden, and the meals are wonderful. Although the hotel informed us of this when we made our reservation, we were on the top floor, making it quite a bit of a winding, narrow staircase to climb because of the high number of stairs we had to use. The travel cot problem was immediately resolved. Anyone traveling in the air can always stay at this hotel.

We made the decision to stay at Savoy Park overnight when traveling down from Aberdeenshire to Cairns. We have been in the hospitality business for more than 50 years, and we can all agree that first impressions are key. The personnel was excellent. Both the receptionist and the other ladies who were in the foyer gave us a warm welcome. They even offered to carry our bags to the room. That wasn't a problem because we were on the first level. Then, we went back down to the bar area for coffee and again, we met the cherry woman. Just a lot of grins and chatting. Several lodgings lack in this regard. We did not eat dinner in the hotel, but we returned to the bar for drinks. Once more, Cherry and the welcoming personnel welcomed us. When I say that nothing appeared to be a problem, I mean it. I couldn't close the sash window, and when I came down, I came down to inquire whether there was a special shortcut to closing it. Two lovely ladies immediately pulled it shut. Just a little stuck, but I was afraid to do it if I had damaged it. I had a laugh saying that I was an old man, so I was unable to do it. I couldn't recommend the hotel highly enough. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights to celebrate a diamond wedding. We are so glad we chose this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Mary, Clare, Anne Marie and not to mention happy and smiling michelle the manager. They made our stay so pleasant. The food was amazing and well presented. In the perfect location.

In fact, this is one of the few establishments I've seen in ayrshire, in fact, scotland! It serves afternoon tea in a properly crafted manner with clotted cream rather than just the whipped ingredients. Its little details like this that win customers over and keep them coming back. You could even pick from six different teas in our excellent selection. It was undoubtedly an experience, and we could have even added prosecco or a cocktail, but clotted cream and Earl Grey gave me enough excitement for one day!.

On 260822, we got married at the Savoy Park Hotel. This hotel is lovely, the bed is very comfortable, and the food is excellent. The employee here did a great job and all the staff and people that they recommended were so wonderful. The only drawback was the heat inside the hotel, we were wearing kilts and a wedding dress, but we were wearing kilts. There are no elevators or rooms on the first floor, but the hotel does provide rooms near the stairs so that guests with mobility issues can stay in rooms that are close to the stairs. When we needed assistance or to ensure that we were in the correct location at the right moment, there was always someone nearby.
