My-Places will request details from you for a security deposit to be held (from card, card details will be requested directly from you) this refundable security deposit is held against the card and refunded after departure.
If the property is not booked at full capacity extra rooms will be locked away.
No smoking in the building.
No parties.
Respect the property.
Do not book the property for less guests than you intend to stay. Any increase in guest numbers needs to be advised prior to arrival. Should you exceed the number of guests you have booked for or you require the use of any extra beds for your party, a minimum extra guest charge per person per night, will be added to the total cost of your booking. Please advise at the earliest instance if your guest numbers change.

- Please note, if you would like to check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00, please be advised there will be a surcharge as detailed below.
- Upon the day of check-out, you must vacate the property by 11:00.
- Should you wish to request a late check-out this is subject to availability.
Check-out after 11:00 will incur a charge between £45.00 and £75.00 depending on departure time time. Check out time can be extended by contacting our office.
All check-in or check-out times are subject to availability.

Surcharges for check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00
Check-in outside 18:00 will incur a charge between £55.00 and £75.00 depending on arrival time.
A nominal fee will be added to your invoice for cleaning. These fees start from £25.00 and are variable based on length of stay and size of room.
