This hotel is in Kidlington. The room was spotless, and the bed was huge and really comfy. We were given a warm welcome by the host, who had a no-shoe policy to make us feel confident that they were determined to keep the area spotless. Although not in the heart of Oxford, the bus services that stop are located a 2-minute walk from the house are quick, inexpensive, and very regular. The breakfast was also plentiful! We will undoubtedly return!.

I have been to South Avenue many times before and was not disappointed. I stayed in a room with a comfy double bed, closet, with very soft bathrobes, and a hot drinks trays for a single guest I was traveling alone. The entire house, including the room, was spotless. A spacious bathroom and kitchen were all provided in the be. While the be was fully booked, I was a little hesitant about the shared bathroom arrangement, but it wasn't a problem at all, and I never waited to use the restroom. Breakfast included cereals, toast, and various juices, coffees, teas, jams, etc. I could prepare my own food in the fridge and in the microwave. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast outside in the yard. Some guests who were enjoying breakfast in their bathrobes had a relaxed, cozy feel to it. The owner was helpful and accommodating in booking me the necessary taxi. I plan to travel the area again and would most definitely reserve South Av.

I cannot express how much I advise it. We stayed in the superior king suite room on the top floor, in what appears to be an ordinary residential house from the outside. We let ourselves in by key accessing the key safe outside, and wow, wow.. The whole house is so bright and spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed for our continental breakfast, with lots of options and even the option to sit outside. Our room was stunning! Better than most hotels weve stayed in. The speaking sized bed was very comfortable. The line is very soft and peach. Beautiful bedside lamps. Our room has good size cups and cut glass tumblers, a kettle and a lot of tea, coffee, etc. The bathroom is very welldesigned, with a decent shelf for toiletries and a good size sink. Plenty of room to put things in the bathroom and bedroom. The hosts were fantastic, answering many questions before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
