In a wonderful location for seeing London, this boutique hotel is perfect! We will undoubtedly return to stay there! Everything we could wish for is at this hotel which we enjoy.. Clean, tastefully decorated, very helpful and welcoming staff, a lovely breakfast, and a small guest pantry by our room where we could make drinks and help ourselves to snacks. The pub below is also lovely! The location is a better choice because it is on a lovely side street but only a minute's walk from liverpool it station, making it very easy to get anywhere by both tube bus. In case you are in a front-facing room, my only advice is to carry earplugs since it can be quite noisy at night on weekends from revelers moving around the station.

For our 175th wedding anniversary, we remained here. Although arriving at check-in time, we still had to wait to see if our room was ready. However, because we were on the very top floor, which had a lot of stairs, the staff was courteous and offered to carry my bag! However, they weren't kind because the room was compact but had everything we required. The bathroom was far from the shower, which was quite convenient. There were a few issues with missing fixtures and cracked tiles, though. Our room's shower was adequate. The mirror was not wiped down, there was still toothpaste residue from the previous guest, and there was no hand soap. Otherwise, the room was extremely comfortable, with high-quality bedding and linen, and there was even an iron and board, which is always a great addition! The towels were also lovely white fluffy towels, which were replaced for our second night, which was excellent as well. We appreciated the concept of a pantry down the corridor, and there was a truly excellent selection of teas and coffees as well as soft drinks, which was fantastic considering that it was only a goodwill gesture in the bar. We had already paid for breakfast and had to go buy a second. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful despite that. The second morning's breakfast was excellent! The staff was really helpful and pleasant from start to finish. Our room was stunning. Large, tidy, comfortable beds and a fantastic shower. Our room was ready to check in when we arrived late at night. They were more than pleased to look after our luggage while we went as we had something reserved at the rp. We got our keys when we got back around rp and were led to our suite god, the stairs! Yet, it only serves to add to the speed of the establishment. Next to our room, we had a pantry room that had hot drinks, cold drinks, and snacks that were available. Our room was beautiful. It was very clean and very nice. It was served with a wonderful shower. The breakfast was perfect for us. very delicious. Only the most talented personnel. These guys are amazing! Make sure you reserve here!.

I stayed here for a few nights. The room was clean and tidy and ready on time. The remote control was missing from the room and never appeared during our stay even after requesting a few times. The complimentary soft drinks and crisps were excellent in coffee making. Our room had an air conditioner outside the window that kept turning in and out 247. Bed is very comfortable. There was an issue with early breakfast on the first night because the chef was late. Luckily we had a late breakfast. The food was delicious but be careful not to get cold too soon! Overall a pleasant stay.
