Great friendly welcome. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Being the front bedroom over the bar meant for a little noise (a few bangs of the front door more than anything) until 10:30ish. After that really quite and a great nights sleep.

Family and friends trip to Sudbury. The family room was comfortable and well enough appointed. Wifi pretty poor and the TV wasn’t a great signal but generally the two rooms were nice and spacious. Great view and perfect location for us. The breakfast was an added bonus though a bit basic. The furniture needs a bit of a wipe down but then it is a pub. Not keen on the smokers below our window but that didn’t distract too much. Would recommend.

The Lady Elizabeth is a period property in the centre of Sudbury Suffolk.Rooms are situated above the pub,which was fine as all was quiet by the time we returned from our event not long after 11pm on a Saturday evening.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Room was a lovely,as expected from the photo.Could not fault it for the price,will definately go back.

Quirky hotel good value for money little bit more love would increase the rating. New curtains in the bedroom. Saying tha; it is difficult to find triple room in the area so that was a bonus. Took while to get used to the steps in our room but that’s expected in a property of this age. Beds comfy towels fluffy staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Food good breakfast perfect for what we needed. Service excellent Thankyou to everyone!

Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Huge TV was a bonus! The parking was a worry however as there are very few spaces which are also used by the staff. Very central location, ideal for us. As the old windows were single glazed there was some noise but not enough to bother us, especially as the bed was so comfy. Would go back.

Room not setviced unless we asked.we were not bothered.but.may bothet some guests Staff were friendly and helpful and always checking all was Ok. Guests should be aware there is.no lift and stairs to second floor are quite steep. Rooms at the front face the.Market Square and are very noisy from 6am on Thursdays and Saturdays when traders set up their stalls
