Definitely one of those where you get what you pay for. Cheap and cheerful. Definitely needs a good tidy up in terms of decoration but was clean hygiene wise and honestly the comfiest bed I’ve stayed in in a while.

It's an old building and the furniture and fittings have clearly seen a lot of use over the years. Despite that, our room was spotlessly clean and provided with plenty of toiletries and sachets of tea and coffee. Special thanks go to the extremely helpful manager, who went out of his way to provide a room that would fit our disability access requirements - going as far as finding alternative ground-floor accommodation in a nearby hotel and offering us the choice of either.

Despite not being able to reach this hotel by phone the new landlady was very nice and helpful. Room was adequate for our one night stay and beds comfy. Clean towels provided and tea making facilities (though our kettle didnt work). It was clean but there was no breakfast as stated on the booking and she was waiting for her bar licence to come through so not available for our stay. Only 6 min drive to Pleasure Beach which was our reason for visiting Blackpool.

The host was a great guy the room was very small but clean and the bed although quite small was comfortable. The only negative was the lack of repair in the room the mirror light and bedroom side light didn’t work and the door to the room was very stiff .

nice king size bed.... bed sheet was stained...... nowhere to put ur clothes . no cuboards no wardrop . tv didnt work. no towel or soap in room. yes it was cheap .... suppose u only get what u pay for.
