Very helpful knowledgeable friendly staff. The rooms are compact and well suited to single guests and ok for couples. The bed is comfortable and the shower works well. Toiletries are supplied and there’s a hairdryer. The facilities are good both in the room and in the hotel, as it offers a small bar and restaurant, serving a pretty good breakfast, then location of this hotel is excellent for Covent Garden, the west end /Theatres.

Super nice hotel workers and very clean property and rooms (rooms are smaller tho). Location is great - super close to shows in the West End (I even caught the West End Live free concert in Trafalgar square) and about 20-min walkable to big monuments like Big Ben and the British Museum. The reception area is pretty nice too: had a bar and you can order food for lunch and dinner for under 15 £. But I would say the hotel workers are the nicest - super amenable to requests like extra towels, utensils for food we bought outside, and they kept our bags while we walked around before our flight. The rooms are like cubicles, only room for the bed and the thin divider for toilet and shower - but efficient and the rooms even come with an electric kettle and tea for your room. The bed was pretty comfy and there is a TV in the wall with both news and entertainment channels. The AC also responds really well to changes in temperature. My only gripe is there is no personal fridge, but the rooms are smaller so it makes sense. I think this is a great hotel for either couples or single persons as the rooms are tinier, but you can just be aware of that and get a great hotel in a prime location with great service.

So the property was clean in good condition but boy was it small (rooms) if you don’t have an intimate relationship with your travel partner you will before you leave here. The bathroom is separate from the bed by a thin glass door that leaves little to the imagination. No ice location but spend a little more and buy yourself some privacy.

The room was immaculate, and the bathroom was modern and clean. We were steps away from shops and the train station. Will stay again.

My daughter and I arrived around 2:15pm after an overnight flight from Texas so we were tired and ready for a shower. Wishful thinking took us to the hotel with hopes of an early check in. The hotel was full so we were not able to check in before 3 but we were able to get some food and rest in the lounge. The restaurant serves food 24 hours a day and we enjoyed several meals at the hotel. The food was really good and staff very nice. Our room was very small but clean and comfortable. Service was great and excellent location for easy access to many sights either on foot or via the tube. We will definitely come back!
