Allt fungerade perfekt, Bra frukost. Trevlig personal. Nära till tunnelbana och många närliggande restauranger. Rummet var tillräckligt stort och med bra säng och stol. Kan inte hitta något att klaga på. Rekommenderas!

Perfekt läge ett stenkast från Hyde Park. Rummet hade stort fönster med fin utsikt. Rent och fräscht med super sköna sängar. Fantastisk frukost som serveras av mycket trevlig personal. Många trevliga pubar och restauranger i närheten.

This was our second stay at Mitre House. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kettle and coffee sachets and milk pods were useful. The front office staff (Mohammed and others) were friendly, The English breakfast was decent and filling. Proximity to Paddington Station was a big advantage. This hotel has a lift (elevator), a major convenience in London. Our adult son who has autism felt welcome at this hotel.

Our family stayed for 5 nights. We had two separate rooms but shared one bathroom. Mitre House is conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from Paddington Station. The front office staff (Mohammed, Vinny, and others) were friendly and helpful. Our adult son who has autism was treated with kindness and respect. Our son enjoyed talking to the front office staff. The English breakfast was decent and filling. The kitchen staff were also friendly and courteous. We had two separate stays at Mitre House during our England trip. We stored our large suitcase at the hotel when we travelled to Cornwall for three nights. The lift (elevator) was a convenient amenity as well.

We had a lovely room with enough floor space for walking around and for opening our suitcases. The bathroom was also spacious with some toiletries. A hot, made to order breakfast was included in our room rate. The staff here were polite, professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our two nights at the Mitre House hotel. It was such a good location, really about an 8 minute walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants are close by, very walkable or connect with the Hop On Hop Off bus just three blocks away, staff were very helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, excellent servers. Coffee and hot tea were available at the small bar anytime. We enjoyed visiting with other guests in the “living room” area. One gentleman shared his musical talent with us by playing beautifully on the piano one evening. Great time!

I am a senior travelling solo and the staff were most helpful getting my luggage to / from my room. The breakfast was a nice surprise not the usual continental as at most hotels, but a hot English breakfast instead . Being waited on was a real treat. I would definitely stay there again.

Very cute hotel, staff was super nice and helpful. Location wad perfect! 2 blocks to Paddington Station, 1 blocks to Landcaster Gate tube station. One blick to BigBus Hop on hop off bus stop. Great neighborhood. Loved the free British breakfast.

Enjoyed the adjoining family rooms overlooking the park. Breakfast in basement rooms was served promptly and was quite adequate. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly place to stay.

Great location near Paddington Station; very helpful staff (maneuvered the rooms around to let us have a very early check-in, with no charge, after an overnight flight from the US); very clean room with good housekeeping. They didn't provide many towels but readily gave us extras when asked. Very good value.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast had limited offerings but quality was good and food plentiful. Only issue was that a lot of the courses were brought together before the earlier courses were finished.
