Very helpful staff. 1st room, wasn't smoke free like asked for. They changed it very nicely with no issues. Didn't feel/look like the safest area, but we only were really there to sleep. Nice restaurant next door and around us. Room was comfortable and a big space. Nice hot powerful shower. Freezer worked VERY well

Surprisingly clean and neat. When I pulled in I thought this may not be great. When I entered my room the a/c was on and room was cool. No order at all. Very clean. Very neat. The neighborhood worried me a little, but no issues at all .

This was pretty bad. Facility seemed to have been somewhat renovated, however, it was blazing hot and the air conditioner didn't work. There was something wrong with the air in the room and it gave us both a bad headache. Perhaps new paint?

Train blowing a horn at 10:30 pm and 5:00 AM woke me up!! Really loud.

There was a homeless rest stop like set up in the parking lot - just out of main site. A young woman came up to the second floor walked the length of the walkway to ask me for a cigarette. when I said I did not have more on me she asked me if she could go with me to my room to get one. She continued to come back every now and then. Motel Mgr asked her to leave but by then I did not feel comfortable. Manager said there were cameras covering the parking lot but I could not see any. The room was old - the fabric chair filthy. The bathroom very old. The neighborhood traffiky and a train going by. Wouldn't suggest staying here for the price.

Noisy trains and street traffic. I was no where near downtown services. Don't walk on the street near this hotel as it is dark with highway speed traffic.
