Whenever we travel to Las Vegas....the Aria is our #1 choice. The hotel /resort is really incredible...the staff is amazing and attentive....restaurants are great - all of the amenities are incredible. We will be headed back this fall for another trip and you can be sure that we will be staying at the Aria once again. You should know that over the past 30 years...we have traveled to Vegas many times...The Aria will always be our resting spot. Amazing.

A equipe de funcionários é eclética. Algumas arrumadeiras não atendem da forma correta, como não colocando utensílios como um pedido que fiz de agulha e linha para consertar a roupa de meu marido (nesse caso, até uma gerente loira disse que não tinha) porém, um atendente maravilhoso do call center brasileiro, me enviou em 5 minutos no quarto. Achei que eles não dão atenção a quartos normais, essa gerente, chegou a subir com bombons na mão para dar, e quando eu disse que não estava na suite, ela simplesmente voltou para tras com os bombons. Achei o atendimento dela o pior possível, não se pode ter diferenciação em tratamento com os hóspedes, não nesse nível. No checkout, iríamos perder o avião pois confundi o horário achei que era pm e era am. Chegamos desesperados em cima da hora do voo e o atendente não pode nos passar na frente, aumentando a minha agonia de perder o voo (restava menos de 2h para o meu voo partir). Tirando isso, tudo perfeito.
