I’ve stayed in a few hotels in my lifetime and I can honestly say that even tho this one might have been a little older (most of them are unless you want to spend over $500/night) it was definitely one of the cleanest. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it looked like a lot of options. We didn’t swim in the pool but it looked cleaned. The beds are what made us happy. It looked like they were regularly checked and the pillows were amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our whole stay was better than any recent experiences I’ve had lately.

The indoor pool was a hit for my grandkids especially since we were rained out at kings island

We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned. However, our room was clean, and once we turned on the A/C, it was incredibly POWERFUL. Housekeeping refreshed towels, emptied trash, and restocked toiletries daily. Breakfast had something for everyone: biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, bread, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and juice. Everything stayed well stocked, and coffee was available anytime. I didn’t use the indoor pool, but my kids enjoyed it and said it was small but nice. Midway through our stay, we booked a second room, and the staff placed it right next to our adult children’s room, exactly as we hoped. I’d read reviews about an unfriendly manager, but I had a different experience. He helped us check in and arrange the adjoining rooms. He wasn’t rude, I think he just doesn’t suffer any fools. This hotel knows it’s a great value for families. It stayed busy our entire visit, which says a lot. It’s close to restaurants and Kings Island, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Very family friendly and affordable with hot breakfast included and 24/7 complimentary coffee. Polite staff and amazing beds! We were vert pleased with this hotel! Badminton Wyndam is going to be our regular home away from home when visiting Kings Island as it is just around the corner!

I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was. My room was very spacious compared to other hotels and very clean. Wow the furniture is all not new and updated I don’t care about those things and the front staff wasn’t warm and friendly but I think that’s a cultural thing. I highly recommend this hotel for the price

My stay was awesome. The staff were helpful with great energy. I had no problem with cleanliness or other things mentioned in previous comments. Aside from it being outdated, it is good for a nights stay.
