Clean, spacious room. Fitness center was good, the machines were in excellent condition, the cable weight machine worked well. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. Safe premises, at least it seemed to be the night I stayed. The only negative for me was the pillows were the typical hotel pillows that have no firmness to them, your head just sinks into the pillow, no support at all. Some people like pillows like that but for me they're useless.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property itself looks to be going through a remodel but overall was nice. I did notice some spots in our room that seemed like they could have been swept better, and the overall smell of fresh paint was overwhelming. Shower worked good, but the vent in the bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like it was very old. Also upsetting that the pool is closed due to permit issues, as we had a toddler who was very excited to swim.

The property overall looked modern, and decor was appropriate, but there were many areas where there was damage to surfaces, gaps, poor repair craftsmanship, etc. i.e. damaged stucco from where a camera likely was, front auto open/close doors, one set was only working. Elevator doors opened before it was at floor level. Hotel room identification signs were terrible design and dated. Many wall marks, chipped corners, Hallway and room doors flat panel no decor style. too much white paint everywhere, showed a lot of age. Grounds were decent. Construction materials in shared parking lot between both hotel properties. Room was musty (smell hidden by the cleaner sprays), there was a thermostat in room, but the AC was controlled by the PTAC unit itself. Bathroom door in 220 only had two hinges. The top hinge was very loose, door scraped the floor. Flooring had gaps along the baseboard. Shower was clean, but the shampoo/conditioner/wash dispensers looked like bottles stuck the the wall and slightly crooked. May be better served to buy a caddy or refill holder? Shower had great water pressure and shower head. Desk area, lights and switches, plug access was great all around the room. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Carpet design and pile was nice comfortable. Filters put in wrong direction in some PTAC's, Storage room door on main floor left open sometimes during business hours, wasn't very professional looking. Pool area looked nice. Property good location to restaurants.

Hey it wasn't okay hotel for one night's day. But if I was staying for more than 1 day, I wouldn't stay there. The room had a funny smell. The door slammed so hard that it about took my fingers off.It was just okay 41 night

Reserved a King room with sofa sleeeper and was initially placed in room w/o sofa. Front desk was helpful and moved us right away but next room did not have a working tv. So we moved rooms again. While they did make everything right still a disappointing stay since moving 2x was a pain after a long day of travel.

Looks like they are trying to remodel/update, but hotel is not clean! Pool was closed...had a sign that it had been shut down by health dept. Beds and sheets were the only clean thing in our room. Toilet paper holder was broken so tp would not stay on it and fell on floor, toilet bowl had not been cleaned very well, tub did not drain while showering, I ended up removing the whole piece just so it would slowly drain. Daughter fixed a waffle at breakfast only to find they had no syrup. As we were leaving, daughter yells because there were hundreds of ants crawling all over the floor/wall and there because of some sort of food on the floor. We were staying in town for a ball tourney and so was only there long enough to sleep and shower or I would have packed up and went else where.

I usually don’t write reviews complaining but this is by far the worst stay. The towels had a dead spider in them and the other one had a bunch of hairs, went to reception to get new ones and after waiting 20 minutes no one came out. The next day we notice that one of the beds had a HUGE yellow stain and lastly the sink was clogged up and leaking…
