This location was perfect for us - close enough to walk where we wanted to go but far enough from the nightlife that we could rest peacefully. We had a maintenance issue at 3am one night and the staff could not have been kinder! We were immediately moved to another room. Eric was on duty overnight and was just as kind as he could have possibly been. I’ve already recommended this spot and my daughter has booked for an upcoming trip! We would 100% return.

We spent a wonderful week at the Bishop Hotel. Rooms were clean, pool was glorious, and the staff were wonderful. My only feedback was the shower design in room 41. The shower was big but the floor wasn't pitched and it was the same level as the rest of the bathroom. So when you showered the water moved out of the shower and onto the floor.

Will definitely be coming back here next year! When we were walking in, a couple walked out and asked if we were staying here and said we would not be disappointed. Man were they right! We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us take our luggage up to our room. Everything was clean. The first evening there there was leaking in our air conditioner, and they immediately came up to fix. It’s very convenient to get in contact with them, as we were able to text them with any concerns. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. This was the perfect location to walk to Duval Street or explore the local shops around. It was also the perfect place to stay and hang out at the pool. The pool was never too crowded and there was a pool bar with great drinks. They did offer a small breakfast, but we only went a few times. Just small snacks like bagels, pastries, and yogurt. We usually went out to the many breakfast spots around town that were within walking distance. 10/10 stay!! The only thing I wish we had was a full length mirror in the room and also some sort of clothesline outside. If you did not have a deck/ seating area there wasn't really anywhere to hang your stuff outside your room to dry.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient to attractions, restaurants and the ferry terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. our ferry arrived 3 hours before check in. The hotel was willing to store our luggage until check in. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was ready so we go to check in early.

We are so grateful in having found The Bishop Hotel for our trip to Key West. Everything was just perfect. The property is meticulously maintained, the room was super comfortable, and it was quiet too. We were within a few minutes walk of the harbor in one direction and Duval Street in another. We are already looking forward to another stay here!

We had an amazing stay! Staff was so friendly! The location is perfect! Great local restaurants close by—keeps you off Duval Street; trust me the food is better off Duval! Private pools were amazing and phantom hour at the pool was fantastic!

Anthony was amazing. He helped us change rooms and was quick with a response when we texted. Property is clean and pools were clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great local croissants with other goodies to get your day started. Location is perfect. Close enough to the action on Duval and the waterfront but far enough way for peace and quiet. If I have a complaint it is the property is smoke free, which I love, however several guests went to the curb right in front of our room and smoked every morning. Don’t know how to remedy that and don’t know why they stay at a smoke free hotel when they smoke. I would stay here again, only stay in a different room.

This property was absolutely a delight to stay in. It was beautiful, had great service, extremely well maintained, and a short walk to all the excitement in Key West. From the bedroom to the pools and restrooms, everything was clean and felt welcoming. Well stocked and really well priced bar that you can enjoy in the pool! Breakfast was small in options but high quality. Also, the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. The only downside was the pool closing at 8:00pm.

Totally enjoyed this property! So close to walk to the Harbor and Duval. Yet it is quiet being in old town and the other travelers hang out at the pool were so friendly. 50% off drinks at happy hour around the pool was a welcomed part of the day. Adventure in the day time come back cool off and relax before heading out for dinner. Absolutely perfect routine for adventuring in Key West. There were visitors from ages 20's to 80's lots of good stories. The staff was excellent and very friendly.
