Well kept motel with a huge room. Double vanity, microwave, refrigerator, large desk, easy chair, and a recliner! Very quiet. Breakfast is coffee, fruit, and packaged muffins.

Like the roomie layout of this motel (as opposed to new motels that are often cramped for space). Rooms upgraded with new carpet and paint. Microwave & Fridge area to along side wall with easy access, but out of the way. Like the adjoining rooms with doors between 2 rooms for families to have younger kids in the room next to them. Like the green area with picnic table in front of our room for multiple guests to meet at.

The hotel was extremely nice and well situated in Cayucos. One note, there is a large Cypress tree that drops sap in the first three parking spots as you enter. My car was a complete mess but it washed off but I didn’t let it dry out.

The room was plenty spacious and clean. Parking was a little tight but we have a big truck so that doesn’t help. The only thing that a little disappointing was the said they had pastries for breakfast and it was just little pre wrapped muffins. Over all a good place to stay

Not fancy, but spacious and clean, with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and kitchenette sink. Good place for dogs. Great location with grass park and with beach access directly down the block. Good location near “downtown”, but far enough to be quiet. Could hear the ocean at night through the open windows. They’ve upgraded the decor since we were there 3 years ago.

Unfortunately, due to a family emergency I wasn't able to stay at this hotel during the time frame I chose BUT because the hotel handled this situation so well, I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I'm able to travel again. A special thank you to Luna who refunded me from the hotel. I'm looking forward to staying at this beautiful location sometime this year :)

It was absolutely the cleanest, dog-friendly hotel I've stayed at. The room very well maintained, comfortable, and spacious. It's an easy walk to the beach, and only a minute or so from the grocery store, park, and The Sea Shanty restaurant. Regardless of when we returned to our room there was always parking available and although the spots were a little narrow, my truck still fit with room to get out. We will absolutely stay there anytime we are in town.

Wonderful place to stay if you travel with pets . Nice grassy area for doggies as well as another grass area with chairs and bbq. Location is excellent. Sea shanty restaurant very close and yum ! Walk to down town shops and dining. Beach access so close . We had a great time . Staff were lovely too !!

Great stay, Suni and Jayne were both so very nice and take really good care of their property. Grounds are lovely and the room was very comfortable. Very pet friendly and so is Cayucos. Beach access really close and nice little park right across the street.
