Our two-bedroom suite was warm and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay for our family of five. Two bedrooms, full bathroom, and small bonus room with electric fireplace were a good deal, especially if you include the amazing breakfast

This place is highly recommended if you're going around Maine. We went on a motorcycle trip through Maine and stopped at the center lovely inn. What a beautiful location! It is a historic residence built in 1805 with all the charm of architecture and modern facilities. We stayed in the Prince's room, which offered an incredible view of the Presidential Mountains. The owners are excellent and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

What a charming location to stay. The rooms are clean, and roomy, and rose is a treat. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the location and grounds. We were there during the height of the fall color, and the location, while remote, was easily accessible and on our way.

My two boys aged 16 and 18 recently enjoyed five days of wonderful hospitality with Rose and Prince at the center of this lovely inn. Since they were kids, we had been renting the same house right across the street from here every summer, but this year the owners had retired and moved to Maine for the summer, so it wasn't an option. So we finally had a chance to stay at this historic inn, and what a bonus it turned out to be! They have made some beautiful interior updates, retaining charming new England decor while adding more updated furnishings and luxurious touches that are really lovely. Rose is an excellent cook, and the included breakfast was a real pleasure and very generous. Coffee and cookies are available all day, and best of all, this family really knows the hospitality business and I really enjoyed our discussions. As always, hear lake and surroundings are a lovely place, and staying at the inn puts you in a fantastic position to enjoy it all. Try the center lovely inn, you will not regret it!.

On our way to getting it stolen, my husband and mother and I stayed in a two-bedroom suite for a night. I'm so pleased we were here! The decor is a modern touch blended with classic pieces, and the mattresses and cushions were cozy. Rose is a wonderful woman who masters the art of hospitality in this cozy country that she runs with her husband. Breakfast was a wonderful French toast with cardamom reduction on fresh fruit with candied pecans. I wish we could have stayed longer. This inn is highly recommended. The view is also breathtaking.
