Overall, our stay was just OK. The first night we were there the hotel had no running water (which was resolved overnight); the room was not very clean, with stains on the walls, curtains, bedding and furniture; the sofa mattress was horrible…just springs with no cushioning over them; our card reader for the door key didn’t work so it took many tries to get the door unlocked; and the hallway carpet needed vacuuming badly. Overall this hotel is tired and in need of renovations and a good deep cleaning.

We were a family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The room size was great 2 queen and 1 sofa bed however the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. The shower head had horrible water pressure. We were on the third floor. It was sad that the sink faucet had more pressure than the shower head. Breakfast was decent same thing all 3 days soggy scrambled eggs and sausage. Also had cereal, waffles, and yogurt. Our first morning the Manager was arguing with the clerk over what the night shift did not do and who’s job it was to take the trash out. It became a yelling match. Later the same day still more arguing. During our entire stay the side door was broken and didn’t lock. Luckily our floor was pretty quiet.

Okay im not sure if this is regular policy, but upon arrival- they asked for $100 security deposit. We informed the gentleman at the front desk that our county paid for our stay and it should be taken care of. He insisted he still needed the deposit. I said just one moment- let me call our supervisor to get more details about our booking and he immediately said not to worry about it. Once we were to our room, there was afew stains on the couches, floors, and the curtains were also just filthy. The curtains did not close all the way, and I had to use the ice bucket to keep it closed. I don't want to be dramatic, but it was if someone spilled something and left it to dry instead of cleaning up. The sheet itself had a small hole in it and you could tell whoever was making up the bed was in a rush. Not to mention one of the bath towels had a noticible brown stain on it. During the night we were informed they were repairing all of the T.Vs and little did we know we would be hearing all types of commotion throughout the night. This varied from people running and down the hall, very loud conversations, yelling, and the sound of tools. The staff was friendly, but I hope the next stay is better than this one.

Booked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like weed. Curtain did not close completely and the light was coming in. Towels had blue stains. Sofa bed mattress 👎👎 $240 plus a night? Not going back.

Breakfast was good. I didn't have the opportunity to use the pool. Short stay. Issues...2AM my bed was vibrating from the bass from someone's music. I use a CPAP and was still inhaling all the weed someone was smoking. The hotel, outside and inside smelled of weed. Our bathroom was clean, but... The couch in our room was atrocious. I covered it with a blanket to sit down. The drapes had something on them so did the chair. The staff was pleasant, but short staffed. When I did call the front desk at 2AM, they did get whomever was playing music to lower it down.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property having an EV charger, the staff didn’t even seem to know it existed, nor could they tell me the price or how to pay. It turned out to be $15.99 per session, which was quite steep. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mattress appeared to have been soiled, and management refused to switch rooms, replace the mattress, or even clean the room. There were insects present as well. Common areas were also in poor condition—the first-floor ice machine was broken, the swimming pool was dirty, and the small gym had non-functioning equipment and no working lights. To make matters worse, people were having bonfires behind the property, and management didn’t seem to care. Overall, the lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort made the stay extremely unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope management takes serious action to address these issues.

First, we arrive with an Expedia reservation and the Comfort Suites has "no record" of it. The desk clerk (with limited English) has to talk to his manager and tells me I have to call Expedia. Expedia confirms we have a reservation and gives them a virtual card (because I have already paid through Expedia) but that virtual card is supposed declined. I then have to cancel the reservation through Expedia and book directly. The breakfast was a complete joke. No where to sit (think Breakfast in Mumbai) and all the food is cleaned out. It was about 8:45 AM (breakfast is not over until 9) and the breakfast attendant refused to make more eggs and sausage. She was rude and inconsiderate to the hotel guests. Several people asked but her response was "No more! We are closed." We spoke to the desk attendant he was little help. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. It just felt dirty.

The first room I was put in had ants crawling in the furniture and carpets covered in dried food. The second room was a bit better, but not great. The elevator was VERY slow or didn’t work so when I had to leave a day early due to an emergency, I had to drag my suitcase down the stairs 3 floors because the elevator never showed after 10 minutes of waiting. I reached the front desk only to be told, “You will be charged extra for leaving early!” I wasn’t asked how my stay was or ever offered a receipt. This was my worst hotel experience ever.

People are so loud till late. The front desk doesn’t do anything with their guests. I wouldn't recommend travelers to stay thrre overnight if they have a big event to attend.
