Check in was very confusing because I never received confirmation of my room reservation, despite calling dozens of times. The main phone number was never answered. However, once I got there, I discovered my room was indeed reserved. They provided a number for the front desk — 218-562-6400 — which was always answered. The room was just fine. Great AC, powerful shower water pressure, good WiFi. The tv didn’t work at all, but I didn’t really care. The bathroom was very spare and had no where to place any toiletries. The bed was old but quite comfortable. All in all it was a good experience.

It was fairly clean, beds were comfortable, pillows flat, the door was kind of sketchy, AC was so-so. The shower was about as good as a leaky garden hose. Checking in was like a hide and seek game, found the hotel, then had to ask how and where to check in at the bar/grill--it was a clown show. On a brighter note, the bar/grill at the hotel had excellent food.

Pro's: -comfortable bed & pillows -there was a refrigerator, freezer and microwave in the room -water in the bathroom all worked well -12 noon check out time -staff was nice Cons: -no counter space in the bathroom -walls very thin, could easily hear people in the next unit -one of the trash cans had not been emptied -check in was in a separate building that was not well marked so wasn't sure where to go initially

It was ok for the price. Wifi did not work. A lamp and radio did not work. Check in was super slow due to the employees working very slowly. They were not friendly.

The property was rundown. The beds were terrible. There was no hairdryer on property no coffee maker no staff no telephone. It was dark, and the air conditioner was loud and ran constantly. My television chords ran down in front of the mirror above the dresser. Lamps were broken The room smelled. I would never stay there again.

Very dim lights. Broken wall light. Missing nob to turn on and off. Very small beds for being queen. Very worn out Motel. Needs major renovation.

Where do I start? Front door does not seal tight, 9 holes in the walls, bathroom door does not shut, TV is mounted 7 feet above the floor above a wall mirror. Mattress is broken down with no support. Parking is an issue as there is no designated parking for rooms. Restaurant overwhelms the entire facility. Parking lot paving is rough with many dips and potholes.

Office is not on site and incorrect directions were given to find it.

The handling of this property needs to completely change. The office for it is not findable without asking someone for help. There is no office on site and no information as to where the office is. In the email it gives an address for the office, but that is not a correct address. I went to that address and had to ask about it, and they directed me to a building nextdoor. The property is not well kept, the nightstand was falling of the wall, the room had stains and was not well kept. I actually left the property and stayed somewhere else due to these issues. Staff was initially unsure about a refund, but called me alter and a half refund would be issued through Travelocity, I still have to reach out to travelocity regarding that. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
