I had a great stay. The hotel is 10/15 minutes from the Disney parks and very close to amenities (markets, pharmacies, a gas station right across the street, souvenir shops). There's a McDonald's across the street. Parking is first-come, first-served and there are no assigned spaces. From the room I stayed in, I could see the Disney fireworks at night (to show you how close you are). I thought the price was great for what the hotel offers: soft bed, clean room (old-fashioned vibe). I had a great experience, especially since I was traveling solo. I would definitely stay again. The hotel is safe and the staff are friendly and speak Spanish and English.

From arrival, the property is fairly easy to find, if you use google maps or waze. Not exactly sure.What's going on with the parking lot and the cones up that are blocking off access to a few of them. As of the end of may early june , they are doing an asphalt project on the upper road , but that's really not the hotel's fault , just kind of a pain in the arse at night trying to get into there.When that's when they're doing all their work. Disney world access from this hotel has been great ten to fifteen minutes and and you pretty much there. Being right off of 192 has been the best. Because there's so many food options. I mean, you just go east or west, and you're going to find something you want. Room service is either requested or if you need a couple of things from them, just talk to them in the morning, they'll help you out.If you're there for a long stay. We had the AC set at 65° due to it being so hot and never had a single problem with it.It always kept the room cool. Pool access is great, the door handle takes a little to figure out how to open it.If you need a towel , you just ask the person at the front desk there is a pool towel return in the hall.

I would never go back there Paul the manager lied about giving me a refund and I’d like you to get involved in helping me with that. I haven’t called your AAA number yet, but I will if you need me, but please call me first at my phone number on my profile, the room was not clean. There were hairs. There was stuff on the wall the color of red in the bathroom, especially pieces of things were broken. The blinds on the windows were infected because they’re torn and shredded. The AC is a problem. The main entry door to the room is a problem out of alignment not a full closure without excessive force. It was just one hit after another.
