We had such a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful, but the room felt naturally child-friendly and safe, which gave us so much peace of mind. The entire hotel was clean, welcoming, and had such a fun Disney atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location made it so easy to enjoy the parks while still having a relaxing place to come back to each day. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything about our stay felt thoughtfully designed, and it was the perfect place for our family’s Disney vacation. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The staff was so excellent and accommodating for our family of 11. We had 3 rooms and they were able to get our rooms in the same tower, floor, and even 2 connecting rooms! The grounds were clean and all the staff was so friendly. The picture in my review was on the day we were leaving so the room is not clean. Rooms are very spacious.

Great experience, kids love the pool, convenient location to park and yummy restaurants. This is our 3rd visit and we’ll be back. The room wasn’t at 100% clean but was okay.

It was great until pride week started. Not kid friendly. Maybe Disney could do this the first week in June when more kids are still in school, instead of the mid June!

We were greeted at the Disneyland Hotel by friendly staff members that quickly helped us to get checked in. Our rooms were ready and the Bell Person came to our rooms with our 15 bags very quickly! Therefore was beautiful and well maintained! The best part was the easy entrance and exit to the Disney parks ! It was my granddaughters first visit to Disneyland and she loved the hotel! It is so kid friendly!

Clean room, fun stay, excellent service. We love staying on property since it’s so close to the park entrance. The water slides and the food/drinks at the pool area is awesome! Love the poolside service too. My only gripe was that the room in the Fantasy Tower seemed smaller than the last time we stayed at the Adventure Tower. The bathroom door was hard to get in and out of the shower. If the bathroom door was open, it blocks the shower/tub. The toilet was in a separate room so that was helpful. Other than that, everything was great. We would stay again, but man… it is expensive!!!

From parking to checkout. Everything was, well, Disney. Check-in was at 3pm and check-out at 11am, but I was able to park at the Hotel from 9am the date of my arrival (and have the bell desk hold luggage) until midnight the day of my departure, making excursions to the Parks bracketing my stay easy to manage. We had a 7 year old celebrating her birthday and first visit and the receptionist offered her a fee “1st Visit” plush Mickey Mouse. The room was upgraded to a premium view at no cost. And staff advised us to keep our room keys until midnight day of checkout in case we wanted to use the pool or laundry facilities. We had a greet breakfast at Goofy’s Kitchen with plenty of photo-ops and autographs from characters. I was initially disappointed to not see the glow-in-the-dark moulding/wallpaper encircling the room near the ceiling that depicted pixie dust. But was delighted by the illuminating fireworks lights above the headboard that played a brief tune when turned on. Quite pricey for weekday accommodations but well worth it for a multi-day visit for first-timers.
