Overall, a decent choice for families looking for sanitized lodging near the strip. Tlr - You get what you pay for and you get value for your money. I have nothing to complain about at this price. The rooms are certainly outdated and could benefit from better cleaning. Desks can occasionally be dusty, and surfaces can sometimes be oily. Both the room and the bed and linen were spotless. It is essential that the entire property be renovated. In general, the checkin staff and service are fairly good, prompt and courteous.

Online checkin was smooth and easy. Digital key works in elevator and worked for one of my two rooms. Great location right at the beginning of the strip, easy way to avoid congestion. Parking garage is located behind the hotel with smaller lots around the hotels entrances. Rooms and casino are old but serve their purpose. Housekeeping does a great job. There are many small bars and food options located throughout the motel and casinos. The fitness center was excellent (only had limited hours and closed at 6 p during my stay). Pool closed due to weather or season. I would stay here again if i had also, but ive prefer hotels without casinos because the walk to your room can be quite long.

The hotel really needs to upgrade the rooms, there are visible patches in the walls and ceilings that clog the bathroom and let in water. If you slide a towel across the carpet, it will come out black. Some of the walkways have soft spots and divits under carpet on casino floors. Older building. The staff was nice, but they seemed tad undertrained on how to handle the Marriott partnership stuff. Buffet was heavily guarded never had my receipt checked so many times anywhere. After that they took it for the first chance and kept it apparently keeping people from eating more than once is more important than the customers bookkeeping. Apart from that, its stayed pleasant. We were kept dry between visits to the strip.

The room was tidy and cozy. The floors that arent smoking smell like smoke, but thats vegas. I was told there wasnt a tv guide you just need to push the buttons. Found the cvguide. However, paying if you want to watch premium movies and not being able to buy premium ones is crazy. There was i food court and all the restaurants seemed to be clean and made orders quickly. Parking is terrible and changes because the parking we used on the first day was closed the next. For the price and location, ive got 7.5 out of 10, so ill give it ten.

The room was a good size. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities, which would have made it much better. Checkin staff were great. I had booked an extra night separately and they checked me in all at the same time so i didnt have to check out and back in again. There are also many food options.

The rooms are quite old, but adequate. I had to rent a refrigerator to enjoy cool drinks. One day the maid left her cleaning gloves in my room on the floor. They were attentive and waived my resort fees. However, i had savored my time in the city!.

We have enjoyed our many stays at the excalibur hotel and casino over the years. Checkin is easy and the staff are very helpful and happy to help. The rooms may be older, but they are clean and wellappointed. They have made some changes on the casino floor by creating a new center bar area and on weekends having dj and lots of music. But sometimes it gets tastier to concentrate on. I recommend this because of its great location, access to reasonably priced food, buffet and affordable clean rooms.

I had a wonderful time at the excalibur hotel and casino. The rooms are modern but immaculate. Excellent food court and an italian restaurant with plantbased options. Additionally, the customer service was firstrate. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the first hotel ive stayed in as an adult in vegas, and it was better than most hotels i have remained in. The room had plenty of space, a spacious shower, comfortable beds, quick housekeeping, so if ill return at the end of the day, there will be new towels.

The hotel and room were clean and there were no weird smells. Its an older hotel so dont expect a fancy room. Great location, good food options, and friendly service. Will definitely stay here again. Make sure to go straight to the checkin desk to avoid all the timeshare people.

I had a wonderful time at excalibur, and for the price paid, it is excellent value. There are thorns, but for what i paid they didnt bother me much. The casino itself always appeared to be clean, yet it smelled strongly of cigarettes. Most casinos on the strip allow smoking, although im not sure if others have better ventilation. My room was incredibly quiet, with hardly any noise. Although the window didn't open, there is an old air conditioner that operates well, its just noisy. While some people prefer supersoft beds, the bed was too soft for me and sank when ive slept on it. It was lovely and cozy. Even though there wasnt utensils in my room, he didnnt need one anyway. Im not positive unless refrigerators are available in other rooms. Plenty of towels were available throughout the spacious bathroom. Only rudimentary items were left on top of the vacuum in the bedroom area, which appeared like they hadnt forgotten the cleaning. On the second floor of this casino, both the security personnel and the checkin and checkout personnel are courteous. In march 2024, i stayed for a week. Although at the less expensive end of the spectrum, the hotel amenities were excellent, and the shower and beds were comfortable. Considering the cost, its likely time for an update, but ive got no complaints. Its important to note that smoking is permitted in many areas.
