Excellent accommodation, amazing view, and close to everything. The most affordable hotel I've ever stayed at under $150. I'll be back again and again. Bridget at the front desk greeted us with a smile and the spirit of the place remained. I had an amazing time.

We loved our stay at this resort. We stayed in unit 320. This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has a fantastic view of the marina and a nice size balcony to enjoy the view. It has a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Roomy with two bedrooms, two baths, washerdryer and three flat screen tes. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible too! A good restaurant filet is right next door. Boat tours with dolphin watches are within walking distance. Minutes away from theatre locations and shopping. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return next year!.

Overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The apartment and balcony are never exposed to direct sunlight because of the location where our home is situated and the balcony faces north. We didn't use it often because it was still a touch chilly. I believe it would be small for a family of four, but it was suitable. It would be great to have some larger coffee mugs and new flatware. The king-size bed was ideal, but it will require a new mattress very soon. The washer and dryer were really useful and functioning well. Since we were there for a week, a broom and dustpan would also be useful. As we were there for a week, the dining area floor could have used a vacuuming, so a broom and dustpan would also be helpful. Ask Randy if you need assistance with anything, but he is only there on Sunday and Wednesday. He was a huge help to us. The parking lot is the sole major problem at this establishment. There are just not enough spaces for everyone, even in some units that are completely active and some snowbirds. Due to the traffic noise, it can also be quite noisy, but we avoided them.
