Such a beautiful ranch themed hotel with spacious hotel room with 2 huge king size bed, nicely maintained. The view from balcony is unreal, stream is flowing with beautiful tracking and mountain behind. I felt this place worth so much more than a typical hotel. Must recommend. I and my family enjoyed the property. It has complimentary breakfast available as well English style. Loved every thing about the property.

Excellent, rustic place on the river. 2 mile walking path right outside our door. It’s just 1/2 mile outside of main downtown and Hot Springs baths. Totally walkable. The staff were super friendly. Amenities were just what we needed in a hotel room. Microwave and refrigerator, sink separate from toilet room. Door to the private balcony. Continental breakfast was fresh and coffee was great!

Great place to stay. The room was updated and clean, short walk to town mostly on the river path, easy to find. The only feedback is the continental breakfast was very picked over each morning and I went to town to grab something instead. It seemed that both mornings they didn’t restock for the duration of breakfast as the pastry case was nearly empty. I know not to expect much from a continental breakfast, but if you have breakfast for an allotted amount of time I would expect it be restocked throughout that time.

Ein tolles Zimmer, sauber, geräumig. Es gab viele Details, die den Aufenthalt erleichtert haben. Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss und Wanderweg. Hier könnte man glatt eine Woche verweilen. Hot tub haben wir nicht genutzt, da dieser draußen steht und uns der Weg zu weit war. Das Frühstück war liebevoll vorbereitet. Es gab viele Leckereien, verschiedene Teesorten, Obst, Joghurts, Gebäck... Eindeutig zu empfehlen. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Room was very clean, cozy, and the amenities meant we had everything we needed. Outdoor views, balcony space, river sounds while sleeping (no property noise), microwave + coffee maker + fridge in the room, incredibly helpful and kind staff, easy parking, walking trail to town - and I’ve NEVER heard of a room with two king size beds - INCREDIBLE for us staying there with 3 adults!
